After 65 years and having 5 dentists over that time I can truly say this is the best dentist, dental assistants, and receptionist I have ever had! It doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is affordable compared to all the others I've had too. Customer service, gentleness, and true concern/compassion are their utmost goals and they achieve it EVERY TIME!

Our family of four have been going to Doctor Williams since 2007. We always get excellent treatment. His chair-side care is always professional, caring and very tentative throughout all procedures while making sure you are always comfortable. His staff from front office to chair side also have the respect and professional care as Doctor Williams.
As a family of four, we have been through many different procedures at Orchards Dental with wonderful results. When and if there should be an issue and need to be seen the office is always dependable to make it happen.

I LOVE Orchards Dental. Having been taken advantage of by dentists in my youth, I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Williams and his team. They are so kind and caring and have never once used scare tactics or upselling to make a buck. If anything, they’re conservative in their approach, preferring to keep an eye on concerning spots rather than rushing ahead with procedures. They’re taken every precaution due to Covid-19 and I felt completely safe having a checkup. Couldn’t recommend them more!

If you want the BEST care, and you don't want to be billed for work you did not need done. Dr. Williams is the man! In 40 years I have seen many dentists, and I have always had some sort of complaint; either about the work done, their personality, or the charges they bill me. My experience with Dr. Williams has been outstanding and there is NO ONE better!

Dr.Williams is one of the best around. Everything is always taken care of right away. Appointments are fairly easy to get and they are very accommodating. Dr Williams listens to your concerns and gives honest advice. The dental hygienist/assistants are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Front desk is always friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean facility. Friendly staff, friendly doctor. Dr. Williams takes the time to answer questions and to explain the reasoning behind care needed or cause of dental issues. I came in initially for a toothache. Decided to come back for my routine cleaning, xrays, etc.
After I moved, I tried a place closer to home, but, felt like the doctor rushed through things, didn't want to answer my questions and recommended a bunch of work without explaining why it was necessary. So, I went back to Orchards Dental and I'll be staying there from now on.

This company is contracted with my insurance. (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield)
An hour before my appointment to get a crown "they were kind enough to schedule right away" they informed me that because my insurance company billed a certain way, they could charge their own fees and not the contracted fees. So they changed their quote to me by 50%. I told her I would be paying cash for most of it and she said they would definitely be charging their fee's instead of the contracted pricing. I canceled the appointment!
So instead of getting $900 dollars of my money today, they
