HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Purchased my 2022 AR250. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and such a smooth process. John was very transparent during the waitlist process, did a thorough walk through with us upon delivery and has made himself available during our journey with our new boat. Kevin was very professional and got our financing done like a breeze. Mason helped us with all of our watersports questions, him and John both got us setup for Wakesurfing, and even explained the basics on setup, settings, and basic how-to, can definitely tell they are experts in their jobs. Had an older model waverunner that had an oil pressure warning issue and wouldn't run. I was prepared for the worst. While it took some time for them to get to it (over a month), they did me right. Turned out to be a minor problem which they fixed. Charlie in service is the bomb! Kept me informed the whole way.

Bought a new boat from here at the beginning of summer and through the buying process everything was great. What they failed to mention is that the boat's required maintenance would be done by the most professionally embarrassing department I've ever dealt with. The service advisors seem to be nothing more than former salesman that that try and distract you from the present issues with a smile and an "I'm sorry" but NEVER actually do what they're supposed to. 1st incident was within 2wks of owning the boat it was required to have its first $400 maintenance but instead the technician decided to

Been having the same Yamaha dealer in the San Antonio area do my yearly PM services - they are also who I bought my 08' AR230HO new from. Due to several years of their lack of thoroughness and overcharging me for their PM services, I decided to look elsewhere this year.
After researching for another authorized Yamaha Power Boat service provider within a couple of hours from me, I came across Ski Dock. From my first call to them late last year to my interactions with Winston and Charlie over the past couple of weeks - I can't be more happy with the service and fair price I was charged for this

Update June 2020: I'm really disappointed to update this review however I've reached a breaking point.
Service time is at an all time slow. Boats been in the shop for over a month now on a simple transmission oil leak and power issue. power issue was something new and was apparently a quick fix. The transmission leak started after I brought the boat in for annual service in Feb. I brought it back shortly after the first service for oil leak and was told it was just a spill from the service. Clearly not as I had a huge puddle of oil shortly after taking out the boat again. Dropper her off again

We have had nothing but great service and attention from John prior to and after our boat purchase including anytime I pop in for equipment or accessories. Their service department rocks!! I bought a 2018 MB B52 last July, 3 of the seat cushions had small nicks in them that I realized after I had purchased the boat. When I reported this, Thad got me in touch with his service department and said these were covered under my warranty. The service department stayed on top of this, it took a few months but they kept following up with MB and finally got the new skins in. Now I have my boat at a dry dock, when they called to tell me the skins were in and they realized that my boat was not on a trailer, they gladly went to my boat, got the seats covers

Nothing worse than taking your boat to be serviced in April of 2017 and being charged $772.51 for an annual service and and impeller part replacement. Last summer we only used our boat for about 10 hours because I had just had a baby. This past weekend we took our boat out on the lake and it started to overheat so we immediately took it back to the shop. The shop called us today to say that our impeller needed to be replaced. The same part that they charged us $299.99 plus labor for needed to be replaced AGAIN!!?? It leaves me wondering if they even actually did the replacement last year or just

The staff is amazing. Amanda was possibly the coolest person I have met. Knowledgable and great at what she does. She made sure I got a smoking deal on my Z3. Sebastian is smooth and laid back. He has a sick surf inventory and he knows his products. Peter makes you feel right at home. You want to sit down and eat some BBQ with this guy. Trustworthy fella that knows a lot about a lot of things.. especially boats. David is a superb Service Mgr. Very nice professional gentleman. He takes care of your boat and he gets it done right. I don't give very many 5 star reviews but I do believe Ski Dock deserves them. I bought a new chaparral from them in 2004 and only paid 20K. The boat has performed wonderfully without any repairs at all other than routine maintenance.
The sales staff seemed to be very well trained, knowledgeable and they were not pushy which in my mind, very important.
I bring my boat in for servicing and everything is done timely, efficiently and any concerns are brought to my attention.
I really could not have had a smoother boat purchase and maintenance experience.

I purchased a ski boat for $52,000 from Ski Dock. As part of the purchase agreement Ski Dock was to install a $3000 wakeboard tower, and to include a new matching spare tire and rim, install a cradle style spare tire carrier between the framing members of the boat trailer, and a replace a cracked lid on the swim deck. I live in Atlanta and drove to Austin to purchase the boat(14 hour drive). I was told the boat would be ready for me when I arrived. Upon arrival they had not even purchased or installed the spare tire carrier. No big deal. I'll do it when I get home after they ship me

This review pertains specifically to the service department. As a result of being a huge procrastinator, I needed a last minute freeze protection done on my boat back in February when Austin temperatures dropped in to the single digits. They got me in right away and saved my boat from a super expensive repair. While it was there, they even noticed that a bolt was missing from one of my belts and asked me if I had noticed a squeaking noise lately. I told them I had and they explained that the missing bolt was the cause. This may seem like a routine thing for them to catch but the fact of the matter
