We have been using Quick Lane formerly known as Quality Care since we moved to Citrus Park over 20 years ago. They provide car repair and excellent customer service. I can always trust a technician to to take the time to put air in my tires when needed with a 😊.

I've been taking our cars there since they opened many years sgo. Have never had a bad experience in all that time... front desk folks and the techs are great. Highly recommended for all makes of cars. Ask for Jimmy... he's the BEST!

I have used quick change many times. It’s on my way home and close to home. I needed an oil change and my husband took the car somewhere else. Big mistake. My oil filter was not put on correctly and all the oil had drained from my car . Quick change thought their might be other damage. They got everything taken care of before I had major damage. I went in several years prior and thought I needed four new tires. They told me two of the tires were fine. They rotated them and I got the two new tires I needed.. it would have been very easy to sell me four new tires. They are an honest business ,

From the customer waiting area at Quick Lane of Citrus Park, I could observe the work being done on my car. That's a very different experience from the Toyota dealership disappearing out of sight with my car. I am happy with the quality service I received from Quick Lane of Citrus Park!

Went in because my car was not starting, they said the issue was my ground wires weren’t grounded right, they fixed 8 of them charged me $260. Went out after i paid to try and start it and my car wouldn’t start (still at the shop). Refused to refund me, they then looked “more into it” then came back with a bill of $1,300 of multiple things and said that’s why it’s not starting. Went to a different shop and they said it was my fuel pump and my ECU. NONE of which was on the list that these people provided for me. Recommend if you go here to get a second opinion.

Always a busy place. Some rate it highly. I calculated their labor rate at $145 / hour (just labor).
Why so much, when most auto repair shops charge $60-$80 an hour? Because people will pay it. Most people don't care and don't know what a fair rate is.

I've been using them mostly for oil changes. When it came to repairs, they tried to overcharge me for repairs even though they said they're giving me a discount on some services. When I finally came to pick up the car, the guy at the counter showed me a bill for $500 more than was quoted to me that I agreed with. I had to show him the email showing what the quote was. A couple days later the car wouldn't start, the original reason I had them "fix" it in the first place. My car wouldn't even hold a charge even after jumping the car, worse than when I brought them the car to get it fixed. I had to
