Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. All nails are different lengths. One side of each nail is straight the other is curved. No 2 nails look the same. Couldn’t find 2 out of 3 colors we picked. Prices are based of the shape of your nail, fyi. Coffin is $10 more than square. do NOT recommend

I was severely overcharged for mediocre work. I took my little girl in for Mani/Pedi and a full set and Pedi for myself. They over charged me, didn't do top coats on my nails or toes and no cuticle care at all, they were very skimp on product as well. The acrylic set came out ok but are thick and I want to see how long they'll last (it's only been 3 days). I'm never going here again which sucks because I'm actively searching for a good nail salon to routine.

I will NEVER go back to this place. The lady that did my fill in was so rude for absolutely no reason. She was irritated, impatient and unfriendly the entire time she was doing my nails. She made me feel so uncomfortable as soon as I sat down i almost got up and left because I didn’t wanna give someone my business that acted that way towards a customer. Not only did she treat me bad, I also witnessed another customer treated the same way. She didn’t seem happy when she left either. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and a enjoyable experience that’s not the case here. I recommend

I do not recommend this nail salon. Better places in the area. Their service was subpar, wait time was ridiculous, selection was also standard. There is nothing “spa” about this place.
They sat me at the pedi chair soaking for over an hour. Within that hour no one said anything to me. The women who walked in at the same time I did had a much shorter wait time. If you’re understaffed say let your customer know the wait time before they soak their feet AND acknowledge them. I have received MUCH better service in other places that weren’t ‘spas’. The young women who did my pedi apologized

The customer service was outstanding! I brought my grandson with me for a mini pedicure and they were wonderful with him! I had a pedicure and SNS hombre pink/white done. He trimmed all my nails but the nails on the left hand are shorter than the right. My nails are filed with square round shape...except my thumb which is round. I had to point out obvious flaws which he fixed by filing my nail shorter than the skin. I'm disappointed in the quality but their customer service makes me want to try them again.

This place was almost my last resort due to the other salons having an hour wait for a pedicure. The staff was friendly! The interior was a bit dusty and dirty, like it needed a good deep clean. I don't know the name of the elderly woman who gave me my pedicure, but she did an amazing job with the massage part she really took her time. The actually pedicure looked like my 3 year old did it. I was really confused as to how she thought that was okay. There was paint all over my skin off the nails and she didn't bother filing my nails just cutting with the nail clippers and left at that

I went to the place to pamper myself, I haven't done it for a long time, I expected an expectation, but actually I was disappointed with the nails, totally horrible, it was not what I expected, I showed a design that I really wanted and they made me a design that any preschooler would do this, I'm not satisfied with my nails.
$ 70 for some nails and horrible, by the way, if my nails look good, it was worth investing in that. BUT NOT!!! If you really want to pamper customers, you must have the necessary materials to make designs, stencils, finite brushes, and skills.
I do not recommend the place

First time visit here and had GREAT nail service! My nail technician did a wonderful job helping me choose a color & was very meticulous with the SNS. He made sure to clean off the excess around my cuticles & got them to the PERFECT thickness. Love my nails & certainly will be a repeat customer here!

Well I had a very good time there was greated upon entering the salon and went to select my color immediately was directed to ms Hanna for my pedi and a gentleman was doing my sns manicure first time going there so definitely Coming back. Also they were very clean because of the covid 19 situation they were selling masks in the store for $5 al 3 sizes (S, M,L) thanks to you guys I felt like a woman again I haven't had time to get my nails done in over 6 months

Let me start off with their posted closed time is 8pm for today (Friday). My wife and daughter (10 year old) walked up, while I looked for a parking spot, at about 6:30pm. A worker saw them coming, ran up to the door (which had a closed hand written sign) and locked it just before my daughter could open the door. My daughter was in dire need of use of the restroom and they don't even have the decency to talk to u, just lock the door in our face and walk away...

This is the worst place ever i went there to get my nails done for graduation and a man does them and its bubbles in every nail!!! I had french tip and full set i tell another lady and she says it will take 15 mins to fix and when she is fixing it its not even a tip any more the white she puts on it is almost at the top of my nail so i ask can you just do all white i guess i was already running late but i needed my nails done. so it takes 20 more mins. i got in there at 12:15 i didnt leave till 2:47.!!!! i get ti the counter about to pay and ask can i have money taken off since i had to get them

Came here today to get ombré SNS nails and tips after trying a couple other salons and them not lasting more than a couple weeks. Tiffany did my nails after explaining that the ombré sample was opposite of what she would do because it would look better going the other way. (Sample was orange at the cuticle and lighter at the top, but she did the opposite) She did a great job, didn't hurt me at all like some other places! The only issue I had was that she looked at her phone a few times and responded to texts, but it was always while something was drying. It's a bit more expensive here
