My five year old daughter and I have been coming here for over a year and we love it. My daughter begs me to take her so she can sit in the Hello Kitty chairs. The staff always does a great job with both of us but they are particularly great with my daughter. She loves having fancy nails with amazing designs to show to her friends.

The manager is possibly the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve met in the service industry. It amazes me how horribly she treats all of her customers. I’ve been going here for two years but am unlikely to ever return again, which is unfortunate because the nail technicians alway do a fantastic job. However, I’m tired of being treated like a piece of trash by their terrible manager. Every single interaction I’ve had with her, she is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She simply refuses to let me schedule an appointment and instead tells me to come on a different day and have to wait

The salon is nice, but the owner…. Most unprofessional and rude woman on earth! I’ve been here twice but I will not be returning- when the first thing a client hears is attitude, no thank you! I’ll take my money elsewhere

I’ve been going to this salon for years but the last four times I’ve been in have ended my desire to return. The first two of four times they dug into my toes so hard they made me bleed, the third time I came in asking for acrylics and they said the person who does them would be there in 30 minutes. I initially left because of the wait but ended up going back 30 minutes later after not being able to find anywhere else that could take me. When I came back I was told the exact same thing, the acrylics person would not be there for 30 minutes. The last time made me not want to return at all. I
