I can NOT be the only person who feels this way about these large conglomerate pharmacies who trick you into thinking because a computerized VOICE takes your order, and affirms in advance that you have nothing to worry about, and your prescription WILL be filled.

Very rude technicians. We couldn't even talk to the Pharmacist on a personal note on my prescription I had gotten from them a few days earlier. We spent a lot of money and we wanted to ask a simple question on an interaction. The technician said the Pharmacist will call us back. They never did. Transferring all my medications to another Pharmacy.

After going to several pharmacies to find my daughter's medication (that she needed urgently), nobody had it in stock. I ended up here, and this pharmacy didn't have it either (apparently a very rare medication). However, the pharmacist called his pharmacist friends until he found one that could help me. I don't know how many calls he made but it was a lot!! I had been exhausted and frustrated and they went above and beyond to help me. The end of the day was nearing and I was afraid I would not find any place that had it. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to my grouchy children

Professional and courtesy just to name a few.They are also very helpful with insurance disputes. The speed of service is unmatched. I would be amiss not to mention Owen Karen and Rob Who always display what a quality neighborhood pharmacy should be.I give high praises to all of the staff.Thank you all for your dedication.

I been going to these people for awhile now, they have lost my percription twice and claim to not know where it's at. poor service i wouldnt reccormend them to no one at al.. They are also very rude poor communnication.. So i made a complaint to the Department of Health professions. maybe they will do something about my issue with them. They claim to not have any cameras in their place of buisness to see what happend to my percription.
