Services
Developed by Hahn & Clay in 1987 and first installed in 1990, this technology frees plant operations personnel from physically demanding or hazardous tasks, while significantly reducing the time required for closure opening and closing. These systems also offer vastly improved sealing technology and bolt torqueing methods.
Hahn & Clay serves many industries as a single source supplier for pressure vessels and other custom metal fabricated products with markets in the petro-chemical, military, sub sea, and marine industries. Hahn & Clay has the ability to provide metal fabricated products of varying sizes, weights, and materials.
Hahn & Clay has over 70 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication and repair. We are the most qualified fabrication and repair facility in the United States for stainless steel heat exchanger fabrication and repair. Our QA program and welder qualification are second to none. We maintain the highest level of skilled craftsmen in the industry.
Hahn & Clay has been fabricating Marine Bottles since 2008. We follow the ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and the U.S Coast Guard, Department of Transportation 46 CFR rules and regulations for Type II and III bottles. We work closely with the USCG and our Authorized Inspector in meeting both standards from raw material procurement to final product acceptance by all three parties.
Hahn & Clay has been fabricating pressure vessels since 1908. We maintain "U", "U2", "S" and "R" Stamps. We fabricate pressure vessels in a wide range of metallurgy including Carbon Steel, Chrome Moly, Hastelloy, Nickel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Monel and Special Alloys. We also perform pressure vessel repair in our shop or in the field.
