I was disappointed with yo-yo diets and Jacqui helped me to establish healthy and sustainable eating habits. She provided a lot of guidance and is very knowledgeable with recommending food options that are easy and nutritious.

Very punctual and courteous, but the level of expertise was not to my unfortunately satisfaction. Jacqui Brockman recommended very general things like eating varied, and prescribed a high carb diet made of bread, egg, etc. Also said pasta was OK to eat. Doesn't seem like very good diet advice.

Jacqui is really great. I was looking for someone to help me plan out meals because I have a hard time fitting a healthy breakfast into my schedule. She gave me advice on how to avoid cravings during the day and I definitely saw a difference when I implemented her tips. I would highly recommend her!
