When lenders refer to a conventional loan, they are referring to a loan that is not a government loan, such as FHA, VA or USDA. Typically, these are loans that are eligible to be purchased by Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac. Conventional loans can have slightly more restrictive qualifying requirements than FHA, VA, or USDA loans.
The FHA home loan offers buyers an opportunity to buy a home with a low down payment, extremely low interest rates, and more relaxed credit and qualifying requirements. In some cases, we can even offer an FHA loan with NO down payment. FHA (Federal Housing Administration) is devoted to encouraging homeownership and providing affordable housing opportunities.
The USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Home Loan is a NO down payment home loan that offers flexible qualifying guidelines. It is designed to promote homeownership for moderate-income earners who have limited savings for down payment. There are maximum income limitations that are required to qualify.
The VA home loan offers active and retired military personnel their best mortgage option. The VA (Veterans Administration) home loan can be done with NO down payment, it has no monthly mortgage insurance, and it offers very low interest rates. Millions of current and former military personnel are eligible to get a VA home loan, but they may not be fully aware of the numerous benefits that are available to them.

This was the best loan refinance experience I have ever had. Larry was very professional, answered all my questions and asked many I didn't think of, provided timely updates throughout the process, and responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. We had tried to refinance with 2 other Banks prior to reaching out to Larry Locke with Pro-Funders. The big banks had high fees and low interest in helping us. We were just another couple trying to refinance during a low interest rate time. This last time we went with a family reference. Third time was the charm! Not only was Larry able to get us the BEST interest for us, but he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was honest from the very beginning with best and worst case scenarios. Larry is the best! From the beginning to the end he was very calm, personable, and explained everything thoroughly. I have gone through a refinance now 4 times in my life and he is by far the best experience of them all. Highly recommend him and can't wait for the rates to drop even lower so I can refinance through him again.
Also, when I was shopping around for my quotes, all of the other competitors flat out told me that they couldn't match what Larry was giving me and recommended that if it was true he was giving me that, to go with him. He's pretty awesome.
