We recently closed our loan modification with United Loan Center. Mark Woelky worked very hard to get our loan modification in place. Mark provided continual communications and answered all of our questions in a timely manner through the entire process.
We reduced our monthly house payment which freed us from a tremendous burden.

Lee and his team at United Loan Center continuously went above and beyond during this transaction. I am a first time home buyer and with that comes nerves and a LOT of questions/concerns. I cannot speak highly enough about Mark Woelky. He is Professional and an amazing loan officer. I was with another loan company that had initially approved me, then dragged out the final approvals for over 60 days. the seller was getting very anxious, rightfully so!. A friend recommended Mark and I called him, gave him details of the loan, and he assured me that he would be able to get this loan done in less than 3 weeks. Mark and his team have helped me secure two different loans and homes in the past! My first one was back in 2009, and then again last year. By far, the best lending company we got to work with. Dave Breault went above and beyond our expectations and even hand delivered loan documents to ensure that we closed escrow on time.
Before meeting Dave and being referred to the United Loan Center, we worked with 3 lenders. The first wouldn't touch us until we went through his credit repair person and until we were at his standards. He stopped returning phone calls and avoided us like the plague. Turns out there were honest mistakes on our credit reports that we were able to fix ourselves and save ourselves from forking out hundreds
