Not at all happy with my nails that I got today. My nail artist was very unprofessional, and immediately said no when I asked for a simple butterfly design on one of my nails. Instead of asking me if I wanted something else he painted them all white which I never asked for, and told me that he could not do any designs, which he should be able to do as a «professional» manicurist. After talking do another manicurist beside me she told me that she could do it. I then showed her a picture of another design as she told me she could not do a butterfly either. First time coming here and overall it was a good experience! Lots of people there and high energy. Chloe did a very good job on my acrylics and gave very good recommendations on what I should do. The only downsides were that it took a bit to be seated even when we had an appointment but steve the manager was very sweet and apologetic. My acrylic were 50 which is an ok price.

While I am happy with how my nails turned out, there are quite a few reasons why I won't be coming back.
1. they are always busy and making an appointment doesn't matter. I've waited 20-30 mins after my appointment time just to be seated. Then another 10-15 until someone actually comes over
2. the prices are inconsistent. they don't match what they advertise online. my regular gel manis have ranged from $35-$45 each time. when I decided to get a design I was shocked at how pricey it was. since when does a simple line design that took 5 minutes to complete cost $25? on top of that, 2 friends got

I had the best experience getting my nails done here. Everyone is so friendly and the manager Steve is the sweetest! He checks in on everyone he can. The nail technicians are insanely talented too. When you walk in, there's always someone to greet you too. I highly recommend this place. Definitely going back.

I've been going to this place over 7 years and the owner /and or manager Steve is very professional and kind.price are amazing. I'm very hard to please and picky about my service. I definitely recommend Steve and Charlie and Ivy . They are amazing. Charlie is great at attention to detail and never have to go back to fix my nails or had experience of breaking my nails during my nail's time. And I do trust Ivy or Hanna for my pedicure and 💅

Thank you Chloe and Tiffany for making my hands and feet look beautiful again!! The staff here is all gentle and very kind. Steve does an amazing job at making everyone feel at home and comfortable. I always ask for Tina and Mary they were booked and busy today so Chloe and Tiffany took over and did just as an amazing job. I will always be a returning customer here. Just be sure to call ahead to make an appointment of you are looking for someone specific. Again ALL the staff here do impeccable work.
