After two days my nails was breaking and chipping. I was out of town looking for a nail salon and came across this place and I do not recommend it because I was charged $50 and in the pic shown these are my nails but they have broken due to this place after my SND. They are to thin and no base coat was used.

I'm so disappointed in this place. I didn't have time to take pics of my daughters nails but we had to take her acrylic nails off right away, they were really bad. From her skin glued to her nail, to the gap between the acrylic and her natural nail where bacteria could grow, they were just not done professionally. So then I thought to myself, I didn't see any licenses around the salon. Sigh ... I do not recommend this place.

The worst nail spa ever, I took an appointment and they confirmed it by phone, I reached on time waited 45 minutes no one come to serve me they are rude impolite specially the one working on acrylic nail her name is "Joyce" had a very bad attitude she came to fix one of the nail she applied a different color with pink shade while the remaining were natural color she left it without trimming and go to work with other customer. The manager unprofessional and keep lying instead of managing and taking an action or at least apologize for the bad behavior of his employees.

Finally, relief has been obtained. My wife had been seeing Jason for years, and could not say enough good things about him. I had been reluctant, but it was time I let a "professional" deal with my feet. It was during the first quarter of the pedicure I felt instant relief from the pressure on the sides of my toes. Jason is a miracle worker, patient and very meticulous. His attention to detail is like none other and he does embrace his craft.
The day after, and i'm feeling on top of the world. Such a great job Jason - thank you.

I would not recommend this place. Unless you're getting gel or an expensive service, they don't care about you. I wanted a nail design, but he said he could only do it if it's gel. Uhh nail design existed before gel. Maybe he thought I was too stupid to know it was just a ploy to get me to spend more money.
I ended up picking a color, but the non-gel bottle he pulled out wasn't the same color as the sample. He said 'oh the gel is the right color'.
Gel ruins my natural nails, so NO I don't want gel! These people are rude and will talk about you and laugh right

If i could give no reviews i would, when i walked in i asked for 2 pedis and they kept talking in their language they took like 5 mins just to tell me they could only do one pedi and then we sat down they kept talking and i brought my own gel nail polish and the lady looked at it and said Gel?? that's tooo much money are you sure it'll be too much money???? like what are you even trying to say????

Super happy with the service at Ocean nails. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken right to my station . I was hesitant to go to a new salon but due to Covid the salon I have been using for past 6 years closed .
Again , I was super impressed at how clean everything was how large it was , and the fact they were taking all precautions for Covid .
They introduced me to Tim ( who came highly recommended by a few people and now I know why . Tim is a true professional and really knows what's he is doing .

So I went on Sunday and I got a mani pedi and there were two different people working on me. The two people were talking and then the lady would sometimes like hit the other guy. My nails are already chipping and I got jel in my fingers and they are bubbling. # never going back # staying at my og place accent

I didn't have a good experience after coronavirus. When I came in after coronavirus re-opening, there was no one in front desk. I sit down on a chair and wait for 10 min til someone come back to the front desk. All chairs was taken by other customers who was waiting. There were no social distance between clients, no precautions.
I saw my manicurist when his previous client left, he didn't wash his hands or use any precautions and worked without gloves to serve me. When I ask if he washed your hands , he simply said he did, but he never leave his station and let me sit on the chair.

So u decided to try this place out since I have gone to the Stevenson Ranch location, I was able to get a same day appointment and I asked for someone who is great with polish. I'm greatly disappointed, I had to ask my tech 3x to fix my nail and even after she fixed it, it didnt seem to make a difference. It was a decent gel manicure, not the best but not the worst.

I have been going here for years. It saddens me to have to write this. I wore my new Tory Burch sandals in (only worn twice). They were spotless during my arrival. After my pedicure they went to put them back on my feet and I immediately noticed stains. This must have happened by some of the pedicure products splashing on them. They tried in house to fix them by washing them, drying them, applying baby powder, etc. but once it became apparent the stains were not coming out I was basically told too bad and that they would not replace them. They called a manager who refused to fix the problem. No

I have gone to this salon multiple times hoping for a change and yet, there sadly is none. Every single person who has done my nails did a horrible job whether it was bubbles under the paint, or not painting my whole nail. The people were not the most talkative and don't listen all the time when you ask for something. Definitely not going back

76$ + tip down the drain! 2 mani/pedis ladies argued about having to do my nails after my pedi. She told the receptionist "I have a baby at home". Well guess what? My sister & I also have babies at home and we NEVER get to go out and do this so the least they could have done was put in some effort and do a decent job. My toes are okay, but my sister's are horrendous, and both our nails are awful. Such a disappointing waste of money. And we came because of the good reviews! Would not reccomend and will never go back.

Quinn for president. I had my brows waxed, and I usually get them threaded but Ocean Nails Spa was nearby. I was hesitant but it was an emergency. Luckily, Quinn was my eyebrow guru and she made the process painless. My brows looked great, and if I had the time for a mani pedi; I would have stayed.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came in for a simple acrylic nail removal- the tech, instead of soaking my nails in acetone, began to PEEL THE ACRYLIC OFF! How did he do it? BY SLIDING A PLASTIC TIP FOR OTHER ACRYLICS BETWEEN THE ACRYLIC AND MY NATURAL NAIL! I was appalled and had to make him stop because my natural nail was being PULLED OFF MY FINGER. He acted as if there was nothing wrong until I demanded he soak them in acetone. He acted annoyed, saying that would take at least 30 minutes, but I told him he was hurting me and that was the only way I would allow him to continue.

Never going back. Left yesterday with an awful fill after having an apt with one specific tech and instead having another do half the work without being notified. Each and every nail on my hands looks different than the other which is just ridiculous. They are also different sizes and not even even at the top. Not to mention it was a fill that is lumpy and some are thick and some are thin.
NEVER going back. Wish I would have walked out once the incorrect tech started working on me but I really needed a fill and now I'm going to need to take them off and go elsewhere.

Literally, I can't brag about this place enough. If you're a stickler about a good job with your manicures like I am, you'd appreciate this place. I don't remember the girl's name that did my nails, but she promised that all of the nail technicians available would do just as swell of a job as she did. Like, I mean... I'm telling you.
