At VIP Nail Spa, not only services and staff are concentrated but cleanliness also. We always disinfect all our implements and tools after clients use. The tools are then packaged in a sterilization pouch so a new pouch of implements is opened for each customer.

First time coming here. The lady who did my nails was nice but instantly knew she is new to the nail game. I wanted shorter nails and she Insisted long nails are better. She did them in 20 min skipped many steps. The nail polish she did horrible got it all over and didn't even clean it up. It's has bubbles and they just look so tacky. And the worst part is I know she was upset I didn't tip -after she charged me $40 but I refuse to tip for something that now I have to take to another salon to fix. The other salon even called another nail tech lady to see how badly of a job they did

I'm new to the area and I came here for a pedicure I needed my calluses removed but the lady didn't have the machine to remove calluses which in my opinion is WAY more effective on top of it they charge way extra for that it was 8 dollars extra it ended up being 32 dollars and they didn't even remove my calluses effectively. Also they made me wait such a long time the lady kept leaving and not coming back for 10 mins each time she left. I'll be going somewhere else, save your money.

Sunny is the best ever! She is very busy but always fits me in when needed. She understands all my requests and executes them incredibly well. I normally hate getting my nails done because it's so boring but I genuinely enjoy her company and love going to see her. I highly suggest you see Sunny for a great experience.

Worst experience of my life. Called to make an appointment for 4:15 didn't take me till 5:45. DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE BUSY. It doesn't end there wait till you see the nails. I was given a voucher due to waiting too long but I guess it was better that I got a voucher because look at these nails. Embarrassing that they have anyone working here that does a job like this. Ridiculous

This is in response to the VIPs comment. I reached out a MONTH later. I found my nail looking like this on 1-25-2020 (my sons bday) i was going to paint my nails for his bday party and this is about how it looked (this is much worse) the gentleman I spoke to LITTERALLY SAID HE CLEANED THWM AFTER EVERY 10 CLIENTS! I was the one who told him that that was disgusting and not right!!!! So why didn't he try and clarify more if I continued on with telling him how disgusting that was?

I will never go here again. I got a regular spa pedicure and a gel manicure. Both were done very poorly. The lady who did my pedicure hacked both my big toes and I am having trouble walking and suffering from excruciating pain. I've considered going to the doctor or urgent care to be seen by a medical professional for fear of infection. I keep my feet and hands very clean and well manicured regularly but I think I walked out of this place with my toes and fingers in worse condition than when I walked in. Their prices were reasonable but I would rather pay higher prices and have it done right

Zero stars. Worst manicure ever! Went in and the guy sat me down at the #4 station and removed my nail polish then said "hold on." 20 minutes later I asked if anyone was going to help me and they said "yeah yeah wait #8". After moving to the other station, I waited another 10 minutes. The lady rushed through and cut me, I bled and she put some random chemical on it (also brushed the blood, which I assume wasn't sterile). Never going back.

By far the worst nail 'spa' I've ever been to. I would give zero stars if I could. My acrylics were poorly done and not worth the 35$ I was charged. Absolutely no prep work was done, and the woman who did my nails was just slapping down acrylic not caring where it landed. She insisted on using a nail file that was on the end of its life and cut me awfully in the process. She didn't apologize, and just started pouring this miscellaneous green liquid on the bleeding. She kept using her tools on me by the way, didn't stop to let me properly tend to my injury, NOTHING. Who

Have been coming here for 2 q/2 yrs. on and off reason being because I work a lot and busy mom life! However, when I do make point go I make sure see Tina ;) she is a great and enjoyable to talk with. The gentlemen Whose names Ty but sounds like "Padthai " he is so polite always smiling and joking around. The place is clean even the the chairs for pedicure yet to have an unpleasant experience. Look forward to my next Gel manicure after 2 or 3 weeks !!

Happy wife Happy life. She's been going here for years. I went with her this time to see why she likes this place. We were greeted right away and she was immediately seated with someone once she picked the color she wanted. So off the bat, SERVICE is quick, friendly and professional.
They continued to tend to her like a Queen during her manicure and pedicure. Also checked in on her at the end while her nails were drying.

Came last Sunday while in town to get polish change. I have a very important interview tomorrow, so had to change my blue polish to something neutral. I didn't get the woman's name who did it, but she was fast and efficient. They are always busy here but the wait is never to long.
The place is clean, and the ladies are nice. Plenty of parking too.
