Rather than me being given a message that what I was describing was not being acceptable/qualified for a new client. THE old-school, ethical behavior.

Shady lawyer who has criminal charges from 2019. He got into a car accident left his vehicle and then told officers it was because it was stolen. Complete sociopath and a crooked lawyer with no shame, empathy or guilt. Has substance abuse issues and will nickel and dime you. Needs his license removed. Believe the 1 star reviews this guy is a total wack job. Low class and exploits his clients.

In my book he should be disbarred. You are a fool if you don't listen to the multiple warnings clients are leaving. He left me on the day of my trial because I confronted him on how terrible of a job he was doing. He was completely unprepared so much so I had to write questions for him to read. He will double bill and charge for unrelated items. He will blatantly lie to you when he forgets

I was always told you can never get back child support from an inheritance but Stan from Bacinett Law Office was a Rock Star in helping me get everything that was owed to me. I waited 22 years for this money and the day I saw it in my bank account felt like a dream, but it was real. This man is awesome.....

Please don't be fooled by your first meeting with Stan. I made that mistake and i wasted my time and my money. He seems very caring and supportive of your case but, as soon as you sign the retainer, good luck reaching him.
He never comes to the phone if you have a question or if you would like to know where your case stands or even if you want to communicate with OP something urgently through him or his team.
His paraleagal , stephenie, always answer the call but she never helps or give you any solutions , she says, i will let "Mr Bacinet know and he would get back to you tommorrow.

I've worked and dealt with many attorneys in my lifetime and this one is by far, the most unethical and dishonest attorney I've every come across. Do NOT hire him. He is most concerned about taking your money rather than actually representing you during dissolution proceedings, or at least that was our experience. He made it sound like we were getting this "special discounted" rate, when in fact, that was not the case. I hope others will report him to the state bar of California and I do hope they conduct a full investigation on my matter because we got totally ripped off

Don't hire Stanley J. Bacinett he is only about taking your money , milking you as much as he can , he doesn't care about you or the kids ..he charges excessive amounts of money and will drop your case at the end if not given the thousands he demands right there and then and leave you on your own at court hearing or trial...he dropped our case at trial hearing because of an excessive amount he wanted right there on the spot and I am assuming he did it because he knew the outcome was not at all what he promised..custody stayed the same nothing changed at all! For this outcome believe me

He took my money, he made appointments with opposing counsel and never showed up, and of course, never apologized...and it seemed he was frequently unavailable because he was out of town--maybe on a va-cay? I could be wrong, of course, but to me, I sensed he really didn't like women--or maybe he just didn't like me! Charged me for everything, including leaving a message when he wasn't even the one who got back to me! Get ready to be nickeled and dimed. Sent me a letter saying if I wanted the divorce to be finalized I need to pay him another $1000 towards my wifes legal fees ( I have the letter).
I had already paid him the court ordered fees.
My wife and I gave him an agreement that WE came up with. We gave it to him 14 months ago to this date we are not divorced. On one occasion we were called 1 day before a court date asking to postpone since "Stanley" was on vacation in Hawaii!
Does not return emails or phone calls, although his emails do state "If you have any questions or need to provide a reply, then please reply to this

Where do I begin? Let's try to make a long, painful story, short; my husband and I filed for divorce. My husband filed with the court, and hired an attorney right away. I was leery of hiring an attorney, because I didn't want to have to waste thousands of dollars. Too late. $6K later, I was awarded minimal child support, and spousal support going off of my OLD wages, from a job I had a year ago, prior the divorce. The divorce is not final, and I see no end in sight. My husband has the house, all the assets, including cars and toys. I have a high rent payment in a crappy apartment

WARNING---WARNING----This so call Attorney accomplished nothing for this client except a very large bill. The attorney and his staff charges $75.00 to read a 3 line email. Don't dare leave a message for him, because that is a charge too. The client fired him due to not a single win. I do not recommend this so call Attorney to anyone. Stay away unless you want to pay a huge amount of money and get nothing for your time and effort. The new attorney has no guarantees, but is not charging excessive fees and tells the truth. He is looking out for the client and his son, not his pocket-book.
