Tim did a fantastic, meticulous job inspecting a new home we're buying. We were unable to be to the house throughout the inspection but showed up at the end. Tim waited for us to show up, even as we struggled through traffic, and took time to show us the high priority things we needed to get fixed, as well as answer our questions about his findings.
Tim also used to live in the neighborhood we are moving in to, and was able to give us some good information about our future new home.

I have the best built new home due to the expert eye and thorough reports of Blue Horizon Home Inspections. I utilized Tim's services not only for the foundation, pre-drywall, and final inspection but also as a consultant throughout the building of my new home. His reports were very complete -- containing pictures of issues and written explanations. Absolutely outstanding service!!! Very professional and very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING!!! Tim conducted a thorough inspection of the property we are looking to buy. He does 1 inspection per day so he’s not rushing off to the next one - he spent 5 hours looking for everything and answering every question we had. Tim is very detail oriented, professional, and has your best interests as his priority. I especially liked that he only schedules one inspection per day so that he is not rushing. He identified many, many issues that I would not have seen myself and also helped me prioritize the issues before I met with the builder. I would highly recommend Blue Horizon Home Inspections.

We initially contacted Tim early in the process of constructing our townhome. With constant delays, Tim was extremely responsive and understanding when we delayed our pre-drywall inspection multiple times. When we finally got the go ahead from the builder, Tim confirmed his availability right away and was flexible in providing documentation/completing paperwork for the builder.
