I can't say enough good things about them. The world needs more places like this. I know that I love my dog, but I feel like they make that a priority! Besides making a custom med, they truly go above and beyond and make you feel like you and your pet (or person) is the upmost priority. You are not just a number here, it's a very personal business, they actually care! You get an actual person on the phone, they remind you about refills and are more than accommodating! Thank goodness for bedford pharmacy! Their ability to make custom medications and doses made it possible for our very small dog to get the right dose cancer medication. We were told we would be lucky to make it more than a few months when our sweet boy was diagnosed and because of them we got over an entire extra year to spend together. No amount of time would ever have been enough but we are so grateful to bedford pharmacy for the extra we got!

With a mishmash of not all the staff following their own "store policy" it makes for a very confusing & ultimately unwelcome experience. I've actually walked out the door with the wrong medication & only found out an hour later after they called me & I had taken such medication. Much better, much more professional pharmacies elsewhere. If you MUST get a prescription here, I'd avoid the blonde pharmacist who seems to be on a constant power trip.

I use this pharmacy for my cat's liquid meds; he has seizures and the meds help significantly. I had recently changed pharmacies to this one in Bedford, and I couldn't be more pleased. I had an issue with the syringe my vet gave me which constantly clogged and made giving my cat his meds far more stressful. The Bedford Pharmacy gave me one that works like a charm; it is a life-saver. I have no trouble giving my cat his meds; it's a lot easier on both of us!
