Natalie Cote, PharmD, has over 12 years of experience with pharmaceutical compounding and customized solutions. Her training started with hands-on experience in a compounding pharmacy and continued through several experiential rotations advanced training through Professional Compounding Centers of America and a specialized certification as a Pain Management Specialist.

This pharmacy charges exorbitant prices for precriptions. I was charged $600 for a single prescription. I contacted two other compounding pharmacies in NH and got quotes of $207.50 and $337.19 for the same product. When I contacted the owner regarding the pricing, he did not have the courtesy to respond. Shop somewhere else if you can!

Several problems with my interaction with PerforMix. One was they didn't even begin to process my compounded pain cream until a MONTH after my MD sent the RX. Then they called and said it was $20, which I noted because it seemed VERY. Another 10 days before I got the Rx and slip said cost was $40. Then on my credit card another month later I was billed for $49. Aggravating! Not to mention the cream didn't help me at all, although I am not sure that had anything to do with them.

My local pain doctor suggested trying a regime of pain ointments through this company. I did not know they are local as well.
PerforMix rep. called me right away with a pleasant and helpful attitude. What a refreshing change!!! She couldn't have been more knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They explained procedure(s), called me back after submitting it to insurance. A few days later a box was delivered with the meds well packed with instructions and ready to administer.

I am a Physician who specializes in Interventional Pain Management. I have prescribed compounded topical creams for pain for over 15 years with various pharmacies. Performix Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. Their topical creams are more effective for pain than any other I have prescribed. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and go the extra distance for every patient. The pharmacists even call the patients to check up on them which is a level of service I have never seen before with any other pharmacy.
