Ran out of a prescription they would not refill until the scheduled date without a Doctor's authorization , no problem called my doctor he sent the request. After calling multiple times IWP and confirming with my doctor they never sent out the prescription before the refill date. Easy to point fingers when your just a phone call.

My experience with injured workers pharmacy has been fantastic. before they started working with me I was unable to get my prescriptions filled on time. I was trying to ration medications to try to keep myself from running out of medicine because my workman's comp carrier wasn't approving my prescriptions. Iwp has taken that stress completely out of my life I've been receiving workman's comp for 7 years and I've had trouble for the last four. They have made a huge difference in my life.

IWP has provided my pain medications without fail every month for the past 36 months. I am so grateful to them because there are times I'm an incredibly grouchy mean individual on the phone with them, yet they are always cool calm collected and professional with me and I do appreciate their attitude. Excellent company with incredible employees. I'm happy they are my provider of medications for my injury.

I had been a patient with IWP for about 4 years, during that time they took care of all my needs. Until, they dropped me with no warning. My lawyer called them to see why I was dropped if my case was not closed yet. They did not give a reason, am very upset that they made a decision to just dropped me. I depended so much on IWP, I can’t afford my meds yet I was left hanging dry just like that. The same meds that I have been using since day one are the same that they are filling now. If your company is advertising “Don’t worry we will take care of you” do it don’t just advertise it. #left

I have been with IWP for about 7 years now I haven't had a problem with IWP. They are all ways very pleasant to talk with about my meds however I do have to help them out with my refills do to the fact they have a hard time getting ahold of my worker comp doctor's staff even I have a hard time as well please keep up with the good work .
