Some rentals have a $50 Resort Fee. No early check in or later check outs approved till 24 hours in advance. All rentals are cash pricing. Credit Card Payments have a 3% domestic US to 4% International processing fee. American Express payments now have increased fees of 4% domestic US, and 5% International for all AMEX payments.

The pool and the bartender at this property were really nice.
The condo itself was nice, but nothing special. We have certainly been in nicer ones. The reason this place is getting a mediocre review is because our condo rental had a lot wrong with it. The fan in my brother and sister-in-law's room didn't work. The drain in our Jack and Jill bathroom was very slow. Nothing was super special or updated about the unit. And the thing that really pushed me over the edge was one of the cabinets was not secure. We didn't have much in it either..just spices and instant coffee. My father

Casiola Tropical Dreams is a cute place but it could use some upkeeps and need to be cleaned better. I love renting Vista Cay Resorts. This one is not as clean as I am use too. The restroom on the kitchen level wall is dirty, the rug is discolored. The living room space could use another rug and throw pillows. The dinning room table hasn't been cleaned in a while. There are rings, watermarks and stains all over it. The decorative dishes are stained and could use a wipe down or wash. There is a hole in the walk by the sliding door that needs to be patched.
