If you are not from Orlando / Central Florida, finding a vacation rental that meets your needs can be difficult. There is actually only one large true short term rental community in Orlando which is Vista Cay / the Isles of Cay Commons at Vista Cay next to the Orange County Convention Center. This community is the most convenient to Sea World and Universal Studios.
Davenport Florida is a great place for renting quality villas. Several resort communities in Davenport are within minutes of Walt Disney World. Geographically, these homes are north of the intersection of Tri County Road and Four Corners Boulevard extending up US Highway 27 into Clermont, Florida. OVH 360 has a good selection of Davenport vacation rentals in its reservations inventory.
Clermont Florida is located northwest of the Walt Disney World parks in Lake County Florida. Most of the rental homes in Clermont are located in subdivisions with permanent residents clustered along US Highway 27. Much of this area of Central Florida retains its old Florida charm including orange trees in resident yards and wild birds flocking aimlessly through the Clermont neighborhoods.
The largest number of vacation rentals in Kissimmee are adjacent to Walt Disney World. Many Kissimmee Florida vacation rentals are southwest and east of the tip of the main gates of WDW. The heart of all the vacation homes closest to Disney is long Old Lake Wilson Road which is a main north/south artery off Highway 192 west.

Highly recommend Vista Cay when visiting the Orlando area. The property is lovely and the units have all the amenities needed for a more than comfortable stay. The location is great with a grocery store, liquor store and a few shops and restaurants being a short walk away. It is also situated very close to both the Disney & Universal Theme Parks and Outlet Malls. The Property Manager is very responsive and easy to deal with. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I visit Orlando.

Beautiful clean condo. The grounds are beautiful as the clubhouse and pool are. Completely secured resort. We worked with Gary and he was exceptional!!! He made our vacation rental stress free and was very prompt on getting back to us. It was completely stress free planning. Gary also gave us suggestions on places to visit in the area. The condo was was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. Would highly recommend OVH 360 and Gary!

All was as listed. Gary did a great job of giving directions to the location. Gary also provided ideas on places to visit or go to eat. We are both fans of Publix and it's right in front of the property. I was very impressed with Gary's follow up after our arrival and daily making sure all was good. I was in Orlando for the Mecum Car Auction so it was a business trip for me but fun too.

I love this vacation home rental company! I have used them 4 times and every time my family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay in Florida in the most beautiful and clean houses ever. Great experience with OVH360. We initially booked our stay for 2020 but with Gary's help we were seamlessly able to transfer our travel to this year. Gary provided us restaurant suggestions and discounted tickets to area attractions. We had a few things missing from the condo and when we inquired about them new items were dropped off within hours. The condo was clean, spacious and conveniently located. Highly recommended!

The condo was clean and spacious and perfect for our multi-generational vacation. It was centrally located and easy to get to all of our destinations. Gary L., our Happiness Director, was attentive to our needs, and he offered suggestions of places to visit that we wouldn’t have normally visited. This condo worked perfectly for us! (There were 3 adults and 2 kids under 12, staying mid-February for a week.) It was close to everything we wanted to do; we could walk to the grocery store and it was a quick drive to the airport and parks. We were very close to the pool, which was really nice. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. The best thing about it was Gary's responsiveness; any questions were answered within a short period of time.
