Stay clear of this company. Total scammers!!!! They left a message on my answering machine, thought he had his phone off and made some very uncalled for remarks. Had another person call today, told him about the call and said I was willing to sell my timeshare at a lower price to them and his reply was, have a good day. They are only interested in scamming you out of your finders fee.

I am more than satisfied with the services that ROI has been able to provide me and I'm thankful that my children showed me their company. I was really at a loss with my property and when they explained their rental system, it sounded good, better than what I've heard from other companies. I still had my doubts though like anyone. After the first rental I received, I was pleased but wanted to see more before I spoke on them. Although some rentals weren't as high as I had hoped for (probably due to COVID) I am very grateful that I didn't have to pay my maintenance this year with my own income. That

We recently purchased our timeshare in 2019. We thought we were going to be able to use it then the pandemic hit and we were stuck with our yearly bill to the resort. We contacted Resort Options to help us rent out our timeshare and after a few months we received our first rental offer which has helped us cover our bills. All of the representatives we dealt with were professional and the process was simple. We can’t wait to finally use our timeshare but we are glad we found them when we did.

I have nothing but positive and great things to say about this company ! Me and my family were in a really tough situation,due to the current epidemic. The hotel we were staying was no longer an option, We were referred through a family friend who actually rents their timeshare through ROI. We got much more than expected a beautiful two bedroom villa with a lake view. They took care of all of the details and to top it off it was affordable. Me and my family will definitely be using them for all our future travels.

I listed my Hilton property with Resort Options back in March. My sales person assured me I would be so happy with the rental income I would never want to sell. I have yet to get one inquiry. When I called them they said they would move me up to the preferred list and that I never renewed so it was my fault. They say that they contacted me. I have never heard from them. I paid a deposit and I have got nothing from them. I am so disappointed that I fell for this!

We paid thousands of dollars for them to help sell points for vacations. The only time they had some one rent was when I contacted them a few months after we paid for their services and hadn’t heard anything. They rented way under value and sold for less than we paid for the points. That was 6 months ago. Absolutely not worth spending your money. Considering reporting to BBB.
