Keys can be either handed off curb-side or placed in our drop box.
We can communicate with you via phone, at the curb or inside our lobby which remains open. Credit card payments are accepted over the phone or inside our lobby. The battery is the lifeblood of your vehicle. It is responsible for starting your car and running many of the accessories on the vehicle. The battery must endure temperature extremes and still be able to perform. The natural venting of fumes from the battery will cause corrosion on the battery terminals.

Only place I would ever go. Totally trust Mark and his crew. Honest and stand behind their work. Mark has helped all my friends and family in our town. He truly cares and is the nicest guy. I had a problem with a coolant leak and he called the BMW dealer to see if it was still under warranty. Saved me thousands of $.

We brought our jeep in for a standard oil change. We made an appointment. When we picked the car up, they said they couldn’t really get to us because they were so busy. We made an appointment. They topped the oil off, charged me $27, and sent me on my way.
The oil change light was on the next day. I brought it in for another oil change at a different shop, and they said it looked like I just topped the oil off with fresh oil without changing it.
Do not recommend.

I've really tried to like this place. I just don't care for the full court press Mark puts on you. I get it's a business and your there to up sell. However, I've always left there feeling talked down to, and showing me a picture of my dirty filter that you had to scroll back to on your phone, made me think yeah sure that's my filter.
The closing comment of, well even if I don't do the repairs you better get them done quickly was the topping. Put that pressure on. Had it all checked after I left, because yes the scare tactic works especially if your driving kids around.

Juan and Mark were AMAZING! I know nothing about cars (and don’t care to know more than necessary) and both gentlemen were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My car needed a lot of maintenance I was unaware of and the gentleman got it done in 24 hours, reasonably priced, and LOCAL. I will be coming back for ALL car services in the future. A HUGE KUDOS TO MARK from John's Complete Auto Service!!! I was getting ready to leave my the house at 2:15pm today and my belt just came off my car. I caked them and spoke to Mark. They were pretty busy and… couldn't guarantee an immediate fix. I took it in and they literally worked on my vehicle outside in the cold and it was fixed and I was out the door at 3:30! I was so impressed and couldn't believe the went above and beyond to do my car. Customer service was EXCELLENT! This place is one of those rare shops that actually has real integrity and customer service. We have an extremely long driveway and with all the snowfall, we couldn’t get a tow. Mark, the owner, went above and beyond to get a tow vehicle to the property. The repair was completed same day. From stellar communication, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, this is how businesses should be run in the auto repair industry – unfortunately, that’s not the case for the big shops – PepBoys, Firestone, and most small shops. Mark’s customer service is BEYOND what is expected at an auto repair. His prices are fair, he uses good parts, he is honest, responsive, personable, and it’s an all around a VERY good experience every time we go. We have older vehicles, and I am confident he is helping us to be able to make them last. I highly recommend.
