I called for a quick quote and Jim the owner was extremely pleasant on the phone. After getting multiple quotes for required repairs on my car, Jim beat every other small body shop around. He was honest and upfront, the final price was exactly what he quoted me, and the work was prompt and finished on time as promised. I highly recommend Frontline Automotive. I’ve required two tows in the last week due to various issues with my aging SUV, and Frontline has made the process much easier than it could have been. Frontline has been my auto mechanic of choice for several years. Jim (the owner) is exceptionally honest, with an extensive knowledge of automotive repair. Since my first visit and favorable outcome, I have recommended many family and friends to try his service. Everyone who has used Frontline has continued with them for all their automotive needs.
Jim is very good at diagnosing problems and can straightforwardly explain the issue to you when suggesting repairs. Repairs are usually completed promptly, and charges are in line with competing facilities.
