I recently signed a lease with Pickerington Ridge and I found the process to be efficient and well-organized. I attribute this positive experience to the leasing office staff who demonstrated exceptional communication skills, above average professionalism andpatience throughout the process. It is clear they work as a high functioning team that communicates well with one another, making for a positive experience for the residents. The grounds are also well-maintained and it feels like a community of families.

I’ve only been living here since the beginning of the year, but I like it so far. This is also my first apartment so I am not an apartment expert. I live in an unit above someone else, my neighbors sometimes play music but very rarely late at night and very rarely on week days. It’s mostly always quiet in my experience. Shortly after I moved in, I had to request to have my shower fixed and they did it that week. I’ve not had any problems at all. I love the layout, the balcony, I converted my storage room into an office, the walk in closet is awesome. My neighbors in my immediate vicinity

Scheduled an appointment for noon and no one was there to show me an apartment. Used the online "assistant" to schedule another appointment for 1 p.m. and of course no one was there. If someone has an appointment and staff won't be there to show you an apartment CONTACT THOSE PEOPLE WITH AN APPOINTMENT to let them know that you won't be there so they don't waste their time and gas because of your poor customer service

If I could give 0 Stars I will. They are so expensive comparing to very nice apartments near. It was my first time leasing and it was the worst experience. My sister added me as a guest because I was only going to be with her for less than 2 months. But they made her put me on the lease. They have overcharged me for everything. We left the locations spotless when we moved and they charged us for vinyl damage in the washer and dryer area but the funny thing is we didn’t use a washer or dryer since we were there a short period of time. Worst place ever to live! Management Staff is Horrible! So Happy to have moved out. People doing drugs right in front of the Apartments without a care. I would live in the street before I would ever resort to living here again. If you are a resident there...... I truly feel for you. Finish your lease and move if you can!
