Nice little community with easy access to most places being on a main road by a highway. While the community is fairly “quiet”, most of the noise comes from outside as it is located between 2 fire departments.

I lived at Schirm for 4 awesome years. I never had any major issues. When Something would go wrong in the apartment the maintenance team was there ASAP! I live in the back part of the complex where it is wooded, I had a beautiful view from my balcony.I was in a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment. Yes, it's a struggle to move your stuff but it pays off! The natural light and vaulted ceilings are a plus!!! The location is great, about 20 mins from downtown Columbus and about 45 mins from the Hocking Hills, depending on the area. Haley and Robin are amazing to work with in the leasing office! I would recommend

I chose schirm farms because I been here once before and I knew I could trust them. They keep suprising me with how great their staffed team is. All around great people and a safe place to live. I would recommend this complex to my family and friends.

Probably the best well maintained apartment complex I've experienced. Grounds always clean and well manicured. Staff was always professional and accommodating. The apartment itself was very nice with modern update appliances. No complaints from me!

I love living here—safe neighborhood, very friendly office staff. ANY need or concern I’ve ever had has been taken care of immediately! (Shout out to Haley, especially). Love the renovated apartments.

Signed our 2nd year lease. I just want to say that we have had a great experience with Schirm farms employees they are really kind. The maintenance guys came quick and got the work done in a timely matter. They give good notice on inspections and things that are going on in the complex. Our neighbors are so great!!!! It’s a very quite place and clean. They also have guys come every week to cut the grass which is really great. It is true about the trash being kinda far but that’s a plus because I wouldn’t want to live right next to a trash dump. I really don’t have a problem with the dogs
