Same issue, different tenants, different actions. They accidentally put them together. Mind you I've been living here for almost 4 years and called last week to verify if payment went through because payment was not posted on my bank account but no one picked up the phone but i left a voicemail and no one got back to me. Only to find the eviction notice taped to the door. They didn't even knock to see if i was home (i work from home!). Real professional y'all! No worries, I'll be leaving when the lease is up!

This property has been home for several years for myself and my family. Everyone here is pretty responsive and helpful, especially maintenance. Billy came through for us in a big way today with lightbulbs and great conversation. Repairs were made quickly and confidently. Thank you!

It’s not the complex I’m rating at 5 stars. It’s the one maintenance man named Billy. He’s been the only one to come out and repair the items I need replaced or fixed. He called ahead of arrival. Very pleasant and asked if I needed anything else. I’ve been here for over 3 year’s and he’s the one and only maintenance man that showed up. Great addition to the maintenance group. Going forward I’ll only request Billy as my confidence in the other’s is non existent

I put in a work order November 2nd at 8am by 10:30 Billy from maintenance was at my door fixing everything I requested. Not one time did he say "ill be back, or we don't have that part" he is beyond the best ! he fix a few things he saw that I just gave up on asking to get done! Billy you are one of a kind, your compassion and knowledge for what you do is amazing! Thank you for joining the team and please do not leave! Nicole and Aaron you have a good one do whatever you need to do to keep him here!

I wanted to leave a shining review for Celeste, one of the maintenance workers. He also fixed the stove knobs and the patio door properly. He gave me a timetable for the faucet repair. He is very professional and even took off his shoes without me having to ask! I hope he remains employed here. I wanted to let someone know. I think it is important to celebrate when a job is well done!

They do one heck of a job in office and repairs plus on top of property.. Nicole and Blanca are two of best people I've ever known.. work orders are done very fast and in timely matter...look forward to more great service with this property.. anytime needed help both was there..I've been there with this residence for over year..

We've been here for about 2.5yrs. I can say the property managers, Nicole and Aaron are amazing. They hear you and help you. Blanca and Janae are also so friendly when you come into the building. The maintenance crew is always making sure the grounds are clean and well maintained as much as they can.

They take pride in getting to know the residents. They are willing to assist you from following up on work orders to helping you copy and fax documents.
