In 1971, TN Printing began as a small in-house print shop, designed to support the Times News and its sister companies of the Pencor Corporation. Our one press operation was located in a small corner of the Times News building, located at 1st and Iron Streets in Lehighton, PA. Throughout the seventies, printing technology changed at a rapid pace and more open press time quickly became available.

Instead of printing only a daily newspaper, we made the decision to become a premiere commercial cold set web printer and offer full color sheet fed printing services. In 1983, the rolling hills of the Mahoning Valley became home to a new web printing facility. As an expansion of the existing sheet fed division in the downtown, the four-unit Uniman press printed at speeds of 15,000 papers per hour, with four full color page capabilities.
