Great staff, clean place. They made sure to wipe everything down for each person. Way to go above and beyond.
However, they do ask for no phones use in the room. They left me waiting for 24 minutes. Would have gone by faster if I didn't have to notice all the things they cleaned. Which brings me back to the point. They kept the place clean.

My wait time was approximately 1 hour after my appointment time. And the exam room was not clean. There was a sink and paper towels, but no soap or hand sanitizer. I can only hope the room was sanitized after the last patient but I did not see anyone sanitize the room. The Dr came in already wearing gloves. But after touching the door, her chair, the counter, computer, etc I was not reassured at all about how seriously this office is taking Covid.

I have been coming since 2012 and she is by far the best optometrist I have ever seen. She is kind and patient and thoroughly explains anything and everything to you that you ask. For the most part, her staff is normally friendly, but some have their off days. I have sent all my friends and family to her and wouldn't recommend anyone else except Dr. Hyde!

Visited here sometime in fall or winter of 2016. The optician was very friendly and helpful. The staff was also very friendly and patient. It was also actually very affordable for Huntsville. Most other places I called charged a price that I wasn't willing to pay. The wait time was a bit long but overall, great experience.
