Dr. Tammy Pham, Dr. Elizabeth Teoh, and our highly skilled team welcome you to our practice where we strive to make patients feel at home. Dr. Pham received her bachelor of Agricultural and Life Sciences from University of Florida and finished her degree in Doctor of Optometry at University of Houston. She then completed her externships at Good Neighbors Clinic in Houston and H.I.S. Bridgebuilders in south Dallas. Dr. Pham is certified by Texas Board of Optometry as a therapeutic and glaucoma specialist.

At Conroe Eyes, our goal is promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, checks, and most credit cards. We inform our patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.

Dr. Tammy Pham, O.D. Is the best! She has two locations so this is super convenient. I have been "seeing" great since I found her. In 2011, I started coming to her. Prior, I could not find a eye Dr. that properly fit me with contacts. So from 2nd grade until I turned 40 I wore glasses . Not anymore...
