Be aware of their No show fees.
They do not mention about the ani show fees while making the appointment- But, once the appointment is finished - They try calling to tell you that there is a no show fees. If you miss their call - It’s your mistake and you will still be charged the 50$ for no show or cancelling or rescheduling the appointment.

Ridiculous Cancellation and No Show Fees. Never alert you about this before making your appointment but threaten you with this after the appointment. They threatened me about fines and fees because I missed their call. First company I dealt with that treats customers so rudely and blatantly threatens them. Unprofessional!

I had to see a new eye doctor and eyeglasses facility due to a change in job/benefits. I did not expect the staff, services, etc to be any better than anywhere I ever went previously, but I was wrong. Every single person I interacted with from start to finish was not only professional and courteous but friendly and truly helpful. I was not rushed, every question was answered, explanations of everything from costs to eye-related issues were thoroughly and patiently explained, etc. I felt like everyone cared about me as a person, my health, and my satisfaction.
