At Integrated Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation, we offer our post-rehabilitation patients a Personal Wellness Program, customized to allow each client the ability to continue to progress with their exercises and enhance overall strength and conditioning. Each client will be assessed by one of our Physical Therapists and will receive periodic biomechanical re-assessments and management based on their needs.
A personalized exercise program will be developed by our staff, and our Exercise Physiologist will continually monitor and appropriately progress your program, providing education on proper exercise technique, body mechanics, and injury prevention. LSVT(R) BIG is a research-based exercise protocol designed to increase the amplitude of movements of people with Parkinson's Disease.

You need a prescription from your physician for Physical Therapy, which must indicate a diagnosis and frequency or number of visits. By law, you have the choice to go to Physical Therapy wherever you choose, regardless of the clinic's name, if any, on the prescription.
The law in Michigan requires a prescription written by a licensed physician for Physical Therapy, no matter whether the treatment is being covered by an insurance policy or is private pay.4 I have been to Integrated Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation before for Physical Therapy. Do I still need to fill out new paperwork?

Was in pain for a while, Sita and Hannah did an amazing job, am recovered and continuing the exercises they recommended post recovery. Feel like a new person :-)
Also recommended it to my wife who now has nothing but great things to say about her care as well. We received individualized attention in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Sita and Hannah gave us enough detail(s) into our condition and treatment to satisfy our need for insight into our treatment and recovery. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for personal care and attention. God bless and speedy recovery!

If you need physical therapy, this is the place!! There aren't enough nice things to say about Sita and Hannah! I am so glad I chose Integrated for my physical therapy and will choose them again if I need further help. I had gone to a different place when I lived in Lansing and the care there was nothing like it is here. Even though my insurance dictated my care should be up, Sita set me up with exercises and sent me home with an elastic band to continue working on my arms and hands on my own. I feel so much better through the work they did with me and gave me to do at home

My experience with Integrated Physical Therapy was absolutely excellent. My treatment was always one on one with a therapist, and felt much more personalized than with prior PT clinics I have been to. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Integrated Physical Therapy to anyone in need of a Physical Therapist.

I have recently taken treatment at Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab for my neck and shoulder pain which was lingering for over two years. Previously, I had been taken treatment at various other PT clinics. So when my primary physician referred to Integrated Physical Therapy after the recent flare up, I was initially skeptical. But, trust me this one made a big difference. The best thing about this place is the attention you would receive from the therapist and the accurate observation they make about your condition. Few observations made by the therapist here were not diagnosed by any

I have been to few PT facilities around Troy area and to my surprise none of them justify the great reviews or the stars they have.
I took my mother to Integrated Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation Pllc. The facility was one of the cleanest I have ever seen so far. Sita was very professional, patience, knowledgeable and most important she was caring.

A PT place like no other, in a great way! If you're looking for one on one treatment where the therapist focuses on you and your injury/recovery, then you will want to visit Integrated Physical Therapy. I never had the need for PT until a recent shoulder surgery required extensive and aggressive rehabilitation. I first visited DMC for PT help, but was disappointed with my first visit and the plan of action to get me back moving again. I was on the hunt for a new place and was referred by a doctor to try Integrated PT and I'm glad that I did! The therapists took their time with me from day one when
