WENT TO THIS PLACED LOOK LIKE A HUSBAND AND WIFE NO OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE ONLY 4 PEOPLE IN THE PLACEAND I KNOW WHY THEY DO NOT PROPERLY SANITIZE I DID NOT STAY LONGER THEN 10 MINUTED FOR SERVICE AFTER THE GUY GETS READY TO DO MY FEET WITH UTWNSILS I SAW HIM PICK UP FROM IN FRONT OF THE OTHER PATRONS TAKE TO THE BACK AND CLEAN 9NSTEAD OF BRINGING NEW UTENSILS IN A NEW PACKAGING SO WHEN I INQUIRED HE TOLD ME THE UTENSILS HAD BEEN STERILIZED I DID NOT TRUST IT ALSO SAW A ROACH CRAWLING ACROSD THE FLOOR THE GUY STEPPED ON RIGHT IN FEONT OF ME AND KICKED TO THE SIDE AS IF IT WERE NORMAL AND WITH ME BEING

Went in to get my nails taken off but was informed I should just get a cut down and a fill in so I did smh LyLy was nice her and her husband but her work on my nails was not worth a penny sticky nail polish and I most definitely didn’t ask for a design on my nail nor glitter she knew I wasn’t pleased at all and didn’t even try to at least take off any fees I will never return there sat there forever to walk out with my nails looking like I did them myself.

Lyly and her husband are friendly people with nice customer service, however their work is TERRIBLE. I waited for 3 hours, but I didn’t mind because they were kind and funny. I got my real nails painted. The finger nail polish was VERY clumpy. I had to ask her for multiple coats and the polish still looked dry/old. She kept trying to use a color I did not pick, I had to remind her twice I want to use the specific color I chose. Honestly my 13 year old cousin could have painted my nails better. This definitely wasn’t worth $22. But like I said earlier, nice people but terrible results.
