Save yourself hours of time and never use this place!!! The last review was absolutely correct and this place is horrible! They took hours to do my nails because they kept stopping to good other people’s manicures. Rudest business and terrible customer service!! This is your warning!

This was my first time going to artisan, Jennifer did my nails, who i’m pretty sure is the owner. to start off my nails are WAY too thick, i wish i had a picture but i never got one, it had to be like 10 coats of powder. also, i wanted a coffin shape, and i wanted the shortest coffin possible. and this was def not the shortest they could make it, i’m in 8th grade. i cannot go to school with these claws, also my friend didn’t get seated until after i was already DONE, and they took another lady before her. my lady was completely rushed and kept on leaving in the middle to go do other things

This is one of the best nail salon in Macon . They're very clean and professional. They do very good jobs on my nails and toes always . Highly recommended !

I went this morning to get my feet and legs rubbed mainly. The man who took care of me really did a great job. my nails look great, but it's the massage that I go for and it was fabulous!

Horrible experience. First time and last time. First off the front lady needs to learn to say a greeting such as simple etiquette as: good morning, good afternoon. Rushing someone to pick a color. I paid for a deluxe pedicure which was rushed through the whole process and felt more like a where I decided to no longer get my nails done.
Will definitely never return

For starters, this is my GO TO nail salon. I have never encountered any issues with services or nail techs. I have had some hiccups with my nails cracking maybe the day of or a few days after my service but they always are so kind and understanding and are more than happy to fix them for me when I come back. I just want to come on here and just rave about this salon and give them the credit they absolutely deserve. They are the BEST!!!!

I got my gel nail manicure done and within 2 days the polish gets chipped. One lady named love did my nails. She is unprofessional and rude.

If I could review lower, I would. I went with a friend today. They took my friend immediately and when she asked for a design they told her it would cost 10 extra dollars to do designs on TWO NAILS, they said making her total 50 dollars. In the end, They charged her 60 bucks! We have no idea where the extra 10 dollars came from. I, on the other hand, waited AN HOUR. The place was practically empty and I saw multiple open nail artist who were doing nothing. I ended up not even getting my nails done because they took so long.

They are the slowest nail salon i've ever been to. took 2 hours to get a pedicure will not be back

Loved it so much better than other nail salons i have been to. They soak your heal in this lotion while they paint your toes ..my feet feel so good. Thanks i will be back.

The guy was nice. I tipped him because he was nice. Although my finger nail looked a bit crooked. And he didn't fill them in all the way. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I tipped him more than I should of. I left the nail salon starring at my nails and realized he didn't fill them In. I was confused. Now it's been a week and they look like they need a major fill in. I want a refund and my tip back. The picture down below is only after a week of having them done
