I loved this place, it was bright and clean. The ladies who did me and my daughter's nails were funny, thorough and did a great pedi! I also LOVE that they throw away the little colorful scrubbers when they are finished using them on us, instead of reusing like a lot of the nail places around here. I recommend visiting.

The young lady that did my eyebrows tried to cover the fact that she did a very messy & uneven brow..& when I brought it to the attention of the owner he just dismissed my concerns. Nevertheless that I’m not familiar with this side of town , professionalism & acknowledgment of your customers concern should be addressed with some sincerity. I felt unvalued & left looking worst than when I came in..Never again!!

I came in and waited 25 minutes for my eyebrows to be waxed. I didn't mind; however, after finally getting help, the lady did not do a good job. I was okay with it as long as I was able to get someone else to do my eyebrows.
I asked the owner to have someone else do my brows and he didn't seem to care. Finally, he had someone to come over and do my eyebrows about 6 minutes later.
Meanwhile, the entire time the owner had a very nasty attitude towards me for asking for someone else to do it. The lady clearly did not know how to do eyebrows at all.
I didn't feel valued as a customer

I love this place. It’s beautiful and clean, the staff is fantastic. My nails last forever when they do them. I bring my six year old and they have a special chair for her and treat her like a princess. She LOVES it. Highly recommend!

Never felt so disrespected in my life. I asked for a simple fill in with blue tips and a special design on one nail of each hand, Showed a pic of what I wanted and asked for regular polish. Not gel nails. Just started back getting nails done so not really familiar with what is what, Just know gel costs more. The service was horrible and after I told her I was not satisfied they acted as if they did not care, Then she brings card reader and proceeds to tell me the cost is 50.00! Usually love my nails, but this is the second time I have had issues with customer service. The first time was when I made an appointment for my sister and I, and when we got there I informed one lady I had an appointment with one of their employees (Can’t remember her name). Then a male asked what did I need to have done, and I told him I had an appointment. However, I was still told to sit with someone different than the person I booked. I'll give them 1 star because the woman who did my nails (Tori) was great and did an excellent job.
However this is the 4th time I have been here and I have had numerous issues and I won't be going back.
First, an appointment means nothing here. Even if you make an appointment, they will make you wait 30-45 minutes before even starting you. And no matter what I get done (nails or pedicure) it take 2+ hours! They sit you down in the pedicure chairs & make you wait 20 minutes before they even start on you. There is a man there (I believe the owner or the manager) who sometimes is

The service was okay, I had a manicure and a pedicure. My toes were done perfectly, my fingers not so much. I had asked for short round tips. When he glued the plastic tips on, my skin was stuck on all sides and under the nail, and one was hanging off the side of my nail i had asked him several times to fix it and instead of taking it all off he just put another plastic tip on top. The acrylic is set very thick and some are crooked. I'm still picking the acrylic off my skin under my nails. The shape came out square on some nails and round on others.

This place is SO clean and pretty. Instantly welcomed. I was a walk-in and they got me in right away. I believe her name was Melissa, (white, blonde hair) she did amazing. The best nails and experience I have ever had. She is so genuine, very attentive, and takes her time to get it perfect. 100% recommend her and this great shop.

I started going here back in July 2018. I hadn't gotten my nails done for several years and was confused about all of the new techniques. After seeing Serena Williams' nails on the Capital 1 commercial, I tried to get something similar and discovered the method of ombre. I've been getting SNS nails ever since as they are very functional, light and durable. I can tell when it's time to get them redone - approximately every 3 weeks I'm back, looking to get something new and different, as I love getting compliments all over the country in my travels - great conversation starter
