I was moving from out of state and read reviews on the property which were good. It wasn't until a year later I found out it was across the street from a Superfund site! I would have never moved in knowing it was a toxic waste land. I have had 2 rare forms of cancer pop up one while living there and one that was just removed (both of which the doctors say I was exposed to something). I used to drink the water everyday and although they will say its safe... I will always believe that was the source of my cancers. I am now left with mountig medical bills and anxiety about when another rare cancer

I’ve had the pleasure with working with Cirrus apartments leasing office for over 5 years now, as their Verizon Fios representative for the property. Every time visiting the office I’m always greeted with a smile and a how are you. I’ve witnessed first hand the length each employee goes to help their residents move goes smoothly and rectify any issues solved quickly.

Apartments are beautiful.
Setting is beautiful.
Great dog parks.
Rents have sky rocketed.
Office staff is fine - but management is heinous. When the community was sold from Winn to Inland the entire place shot downward.
They have implemented so many rules and regulations - its like living in a police state.
The Asst Manager is HORRIBLE. I have no idea how Inland allows her to be in the position she is in. I dont dislike many people but I can truly say I am not a fan of hers - and SEVERAL other residents have expressed the same feeling about her.
