The lady who works in the office closes the office all the time, i dont know what she does, if she closes it to take a nap or something.. but she just puts a random time on the paper at the door and disappears, tired of waiting for her, she never picks up the phone either! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is FULL of roaches!!!!!!!! It’s disgusting! ( even the renovated building )

The good: friendly office staff and maintenance
The bad: Roaches and Mice. So many roaches! People who don't watch their kids play in traffic, Irresponsible pet owners, the overcrowded parking lot, An incompetent office manager who likes to blame the buildings problems on resident housekeeping but doesn't actually do anything about the issues.
Their best plan for "pest control" is to have the exterminator send them next door to your neighbor who isn't reporting the problem.. I promise, they just come right back. It's a poor long term solution.

So I'm not one for reviews because frankly I don't have the time. But this experience is worth a little of my time.
Ms. Paula, you may not know this but your demeanor on the phone is not only unbecoming of a customer service employee but inexcusable and concerning. Your inability to discuss rationally with an admittedly frustrated future tenant is confusing given the large amount of tenants you manage daily.
Ms. Paula, you may not understand that the way in which you spoke to me is unprofessional and if you felt offended in anyway by my argument regarding the disorganization of your office it

How RIDICULOUS is the management at this place. Just look at ALL the complaints, most specifically towards PAULA! Will DEFINITELY be warning my friends, family, and EVERYONE ELSE for that matter about YOU ALL, and will DEFINITELY be paying a visit to the BBB (Better Business Bureau, in case you don't know what that means 😒) and give them a little insight about your management skills. Thank YOU and, good luck!

Apparently can't give 0 stars. Tried for several days to set up a tour. Several emails and information requests were sent out without return. When I called, they repeatedly hung up on me before I could even say hello. When I finally did get to talk to someone, they were "closed" at 3:30 on a Friday and some incredibly rude woman identifying herself as "an answering service" sarcastically apologized for hanging up on me and did not provide me with any recourse in terms of how to connect with staff. I wouldn't even waste my time. You'd think with a whole new building they would WANT tenants?? Good
