I don't recommend living here specially for the unreasonably high rent that you pay for this property. It is advertised as a luxury apartment but it's indeed not. Most amenities are typically unavailable but still aggressively advertised during tours and online. There are numerous security issues including packages being stolen. The management is on site but only for new apartment tours. Please don't forget that it is way too close to the rail station and you can hear the trains and also feel the aggressive floor vibrations. For this price, you can definitely find a better place

The most amazing and attentive staff! Every time I walk through the door, I feel welcomed and cared for! The team at Bancroft Lofts has gone above and beyond to ensure all my needs have been met. Even before I moved in, all my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and with care. Since moving in, they’ve continued to show their compassion and professionalism. The Bancroft team has always been the most accommodating, and I’m grateful to live somewhere with such patient and caring staff who are always willing to help me, no matter how ridiculous the request!

I really love this place. The staff is so friendly they always handle things in a quick manner. The building is always very nice and clean and feel super cozy. The apartments are newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous it almost feels like a cabin with all the wooden accents! ❤️❤️ Also there is a whole bunch of amenities to enjoy. I love that the parking is in the garage and it’s covered. All of the neighbors that I come across our super friendly and always say hi with a nice smile on their face. I feel so safe here. I love this place I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live beautifully

We have had a great leasing experience working first with Diana and also Brian. Diana was so accommodating after we were late to our scheduled appointment and then patiently toured us through all the amenities, models and specific units we were interested in. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. We left to have a late lunch and then came back shortly before closing time to make application and reserve the unit. She stayed after business hours and answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. The next day we came back in just before closing to take some measurements of our

Visited back in July and looked at 2 amazing apartments. Was told in order for them to hold my application I would need to give a 500 dollar deposit. I gave them the deposit and all was good got a call that my first choice was taken so I decided to pass on this building.

Don't have a car so I asked them to send me back the check by mail (BIG MISTAKE!) I asked 4 times if they had the right address from my application. And they quickly said "Yup I'll send it tomorrow" and hanged up. Here I am months later still no check. Finally was able to figure it out with my bank 3 months

The apartments are new, clean and well-managed. Have not had any issues with communication or logistics since coming here and the leasing/front office team is always helpful.

UPDATE: Today is the 29th of September,202 and still no information on this issue being remedied let alone the promised check.

Below is the last email I received from them. I've since sent another on Friday, and as usual I've received no acknowledgement.

All of the Office staff are fantastic. They were responsive, accommodating, and helpful during the move. Even while the complex continues to have work done, they are helping navigate the hiccups of a new building and do an excellent job of making new residents feel at home!

This is a truly amazing place! The views of the pond are gorgeous and being able to walk my dog around the pond is heavenly. The nature greenery and wildlife is breathtaking!
And the gym…I’ve never been to a resort gym better equipped! Top of the line equipment, even a sled track. Love the Assault stuff!!!
The half acre pool is over the top. Can’t wait til that opens!!!!
And the staff…warm, professional and helpful.

The leasing staff is courteous and attentive. However, after our application was cancelled, we have yet to receive a refund of our deposit. It's now been 6 weeks and despite multiple phone conversations and emails, I have not received a response on when our deposits would be returned. They were executed via credit card - a simple refund should take days, not a month and a half. At first I was told the accounting dept wasn't fully set up yet, but seeing as the property will be ready to receive tenants in 2 weeks, it's hard to believe accounting isn't up and running. Hate to leave
