RAN Inspections

My daughter recently purchased a new home in Sherwood. She wasn't given an opportunity to do a walk through or have an inspector look at the property at closing.. After living there a couple months we noticed a crack from inside the outer garage wall to the center of the garage floor. Naturally we were concerned. I started looking for an inspector. Due to very good reviews for Steve Helton with RAN Inspections I called Steve. We discussed the issue, Steve offered to come to the house but also told me that cracks in garage floors are not uncommon and that I could caulk it myself. Given the opportunity

RAN Inspection performed our Home Inspection and was reasonably priced and thorough in making sure he covered every area of the house so we knew exactly what we we're getting into. We did a walk through together as he pointed out all he saw and what needed to be fixed. Overall great experience and I would recommend you give him a try!

Steve did my home inspection and he was very thorough and so easy to follow and get along with. He did a walk through after the inspection was over, we went into every room and he showed us what he found and I really appreciate that. Very honest guy, wonderful company. Steve did an Awesome Job on our Home Purchase Pre Inspection. He was very thorough in every inch of the Property making sure he did not miss anything. I hired Steve to inspect a rental property that I was looking at. Being an out of state investor, a home inspection company is one of the most important team member on the ground that you would need— to make sure that the property is in sound condition (and actually exists! 😄). His inspection report was quite thorough and I must say I am so glad he did a great job listing out all the findings of the house and I was able to identify issues that would potentially cost me a lot to fix, when it’s time to correct it. Steve was excellent. His knowledge was unmatched. He took his time and then sat with us after the inspection and went over each concern he had and why he had them. He was very easy to talk to and explained the entire process BEFORE he started. We had the entire report within 20 minutes of his departure, which gave us pleanyt of time to discuss the issues with the sellers. Not only was Steve on time, but he was early! This is amazing for someone who has an extremely busy schedule. Steve was very professional. He did a thorough inspection of the house room by room, inspected the garage, the attic, and completed with a walk through of the roof.
