Kevin was great to work with. He was able to fit us in on his busy schedule in less than a day. He communicated with us the entire process and laid out what he would be looking for and after his inspection he went over every aspect and detail of what he found out. Even if you buy a new construction home, I highly recommend you use Kevin for your home inspection. He was honest from the start and truly has the buyer's best interest at heart. Overall, I had an amazing experience and honestly wouldn't recommend anyone other than Kevin to someone I know who is about to purchase a home.

Kevin was great to work with! He checked everything. After we received his report on the house we wanted, we brought in the Trades to give us quotes to fix issues Kevin identified. As a result, the seller dropped the price of the property by $15,000! Kevin knows his business and is an easy-going guy - very personable. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Kevin was so wonderful to work with. He was extremely thorough. This is the first time we have bought a house and he was very patient with us in explaining everything he looked at and why. He gave us great recommendations as to what we should prioritize getting fixed before we move in. All in all, he was easy to schedule with and did a great job. He also had an extremely fair price. Kevin was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He hit the major high points with me on the day of the inspection and explained it in a way that was very easy to understand. The quality of the review document he sent me was phenomenal. Issues were very well documented with pictures and suggestions on what needed to be done to remedy them; some to be addressed by the seller, and others with notes that they would be simple/easy fixes that I could do myself after taking possession of the property.
