Red Bird Property Inspection accepts cash, money orders, credit cards, checks, and PayPal payments. Your inspection must be paid in full prior to the release of the inspection report. Active duty military, police, and church pastors receive a 10% discount on quoted prices.

We inspect roof coverings, gutters, downspouts, vents, flashings, skylights, visible chimney condition, visible fireplace condition, and other roof penetrations. We inspect the crawlspace access, insulation, vapor barrier, plumbing, duct work, ventilation, electrical components, water infiltration, structural supports, and overall condition of the space.

Chris is a great guy who is great at his job. This will be our first time buying a home and luckily for us he was able to fit us in his schedule at last minute. He went over every aspect of the house and if it wasnt for the detailed inspection that he does we wouldn't know all that we know now. I highly recommend red bird property inspection for your home inspection needs.

Red Bird Property Inspection was the absolute best. I'm a first-time home-buyer, they were so helpful - took so much time in the inspection itself, took extra time to research and explain things to me I should have known about - went over an above our agreement - so very kind and generous. They provided an extremely thorough inspection, explained every tiny detail to me, answered my long list of questions, made valuable suggestions, and the correlating documentation was amazing, very detailed sections with images. I don't usually care to write reviews but this past week was my second time working with Chris. He has done the home inspection on the last two houses I have bought and did a great job both times. The prices are competitive and he's very easy to work with. Beyond that he was able to get to it quickly and keep me updated through the process. Even though it was the end of the year which can be a busy time for a lot of people, he made sure to schedule as quickly as possible and get us the inspection report. Luckily there weren't many issues with the home we were looking at so it was a very quick turn

We had not had a house inspection done in over 20 years and needed to see the status of the systems and of the bones of our home. Red Bird was quick, economical and genuine.
