A blissful wedding incorporates good food, great entertainment, real love, and great people. Romance Catering expertly meets all of your wedding's catering needs. Romance Catering provides feature Signature Interactive Food Stations. Interactive food stations are a fun way for your guest to mingle, customize their plates, and sample all of the dishes we've provided at your event.
Chicken breast marinated in chimichurri - herb oil, served with lemon and white wine sauce. Grilled chicken breast topped with mango-habanero sauce with black beans, green rice, corn, spinach, jack cheese and tortilla strips. Roasted red potatoes served with spanish traditional tomatoes spicy sauce and roasted garlic aioli.

When planning an event I always get a picture in my head of what it would look like if everything was perfect. Ray and his crew at Romance Catering made our event even better than I had imagined it could be.
We sponsored a brunch for employees, friends, and family that participated in the Jingle Bell Run and we could not find a venue close to the race with full facilities. Ray and crew set up tables and chairs, brought in literally everything they needed to create a delicious buffet (somehow magically have fresh hot food in a venue with no dedicated kitchen), and did it all with exceptional service

Chef Ray catered lunch for our recent memorial service. Ray was easy to work with, reasonable prices and professional. Mostly though was the food: it was excellent! So Fresh, flavorful and very nice presentation. Many told me or Chef Ray directly how much they enjoyed the food. Generous portions were provided, enough that some were able to take home food to enjoy later. I really appreciated his help with the menu and some other arrangements and would definitely call him again if I need.

Overall the bartender and the other girl server, were the best. The owner on the other hand, Jay does not take critisim well and will not take accountability for his actions when he is in the wrong. Before he offers any kind of refund, he has to degrade and make fun of you, about your looks and social status. So if you look a certain way or are a women, he will most certainly make fun of you and won't listen to you, even if it's your wedding. Sexist and Classist is the main words I have to say about him. If you look like you don't make a certain amount of money, better not hire,

Ray is the extremely rude. His staff did absolutely nothing for 2 hours and they left early instead of helping clean up. We asked for a refund for the 2 hours they didn't work and he started attacking us with horrible words. Telling me, I must be on welfare because I didn't wear my teeth to my daughter's wedding. He kept on saying I was on welfare and he'll give me money to help me out since I don't have any as a donation to myself. What kind of owner says that to people? I'm not on welfare either thank you. Don't use this company. I'm sure their comments

Our experience with Romance Catering was truly wonderful. We decided to use their services for our wedding. The food was amazing and Chef Ray worked closely with us to find a budget and menu that fit our needs. On the day of our wedding, their team worked seamlessly & efficiently to have everything prepped for dinner and cocktail hour. They work very hard and it is evident in the products and the food prepared. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know the team and would happily work with Romance again.

Our tasting was amazing, even though COVID impacted what was allowed. Ray worked with our schedule and group size to make everything work smoothly. Even after the wedding, we continue to hear how great the food was and that people had to force themselves to stop eating the appetizers to save room for dinner and then still went back for seconds. Highly recommend!

Ray and his crew did an excellent job catering our wedding. We know that it was not easy for them to come to a remote location and feed 120 people, but they pulled it off. Ray worked with us well in advance to create a delicious menu. Our experience at the tasting in his kitchen was professional yet relaxed. He checked in with us regularly as the wedding grew closer and helped problem solve as we experienced the inevitable wedding related issues. Ray is incredibly experienced and has a calm demeanor. You can trust him to get the job done and be forthright about costs and alternatives.

Ray and his crew did an amazing job catering my wedding. He offers a huge menu to select from and offers an amazing amount of variety in the package we selected. The food was fresh, delicious and was commented on by many of our guests as being very enjoyable! My husband and I highly recommend Ray and his crew as an amazing event caterer that offers absolutely delicious food with complex flavors for a very reasonable price!

My fiancé and I booked a meeting to see if Romance Catering would be a good fit for our wedding. A meeting location (because there was construction going on in their facility) was picked and the address was sent to me. We showed up at the agreed upon location and waited for about 15 minutes. I called the contact number I had on file and he had gone to the wrong location. This should have been a red flag but since I had never hired a caterer before and we liked what was being offered to us, we paid a $300 deposit almost 11 month prior to our wedding date. I have not used their catering service, but did get delivery from them from UberEats. This was the first time I saw it on there and I really hope it stays. Based on the menu, and not having researched their business, I assumed it was some pop up restaurant serving frozen foods trying to make a profit during the pandemic. I’m glad o tried it anyway because I was very wrong.

Phenomenal service; the crew was professional and took good care of our guests. The menu was incredible with parmesan crusted halibut, pork loin, roasted vegetables, garlic mash potatoes, fresh salad, pasta and fruits. Ray is a delight to work with and organized everything to make it easy for us to enjoy our special day!
