I really do not write many reviews for things but I feel it is imperative in this situation. Similar to other reviews I first took a watch - simple watch to the store - I simply ask for a link to be removed from my bracelet. I was told a couple of days due to back up and two weeks later I called and I was told it couldn't be done. However my watch came to me in a green envelope with my watch in pieces. Not sure how to show a picture but it is still in that condition. I also requested to have to missing diamonds to be replaced in my wedding band.....it also took almost three solid weeks

A friend recommended that I go visit Diamond Rush Jewelers when I was searching for an engagement ring, and I am very happy I took his advice. Chris was great, I spoke with him on the phone and set up an appointment to come see a few stones he was going to order for me to review .
At the appointment he spent a lot of time with me going over the character of the stones through his microscope. I was really happy to have the hands on instruction, because reading on the internet has its limits, and seeing the stones up close under the scope was really a treat.
He went over price points, quality information

I took a bracelet there for a simple repair and replace a couple of diamond chips. They had to send the bracelet to another state to be repaired without my knowledge, did not call me to advise me or give me an estimate. I called repeatedly and was told they would get back to me which they did not. The store couldn't even find where my bracelet went even though I gave them my ticket number. Finally two months later after I went to the store to complain VERY UNHAPPILY, they called to say the bracelet came in. I feel I was overcharged for the repair especially considering the time I did not have

The folks at Diamond Rush Jewelers are amazing! I don't know them personally, but they've made several watch repairs (resizing of band, etc) at no charge for me. They don't charge for watch battery installation and their battery prices are cheaper than WalMart. Very nice family owned store and their hospitality shows it... Thanks Diamond Rush!
