In my spare time, you can find me reading books, exploring outside, and cuddling with my cat. I am here to help you uncover your innate ability to be who you are and become more comfortable in your body. During your consultation, we will dive deep into your history to address the underlying cause of your weight gain.
In the past, I've worked for a nutrition company helping people lose weight through calorie counting and calorie restriction. But I knew that it will not result in a long-term, sustainable weight loss for my clients. I hated to tell my clients that they went over calories just because they ate a piece of cake for their birthday.
I was never afraid to move to the U.S. actually I was really excited for the new adventure. For the past two years, I only dreamed of running a wellness center but now I feel like I can make this happen somewhere in the future. In conjunction with the wellness center, I started to dream of running a retreat center in a remote setting.
Being mindful means that you are aware of what you are feeling right now and being fully present at the moment without judgment. Mindful Eating is a mindfulness practice we can incorporate at our dining table. It is not a prescribed diet but is a way of eating. It will not only help you achieve your desired weight and alleviate symptoms of illness but also it gives you confidence and awareness of your true self inside and out!
