What's stopping you from getting the health results you want when you feel like you're doing everything right?. I will help you and your family become the most healthy, vibrant humans you can possibly be. And I'll show you how to do it long term, with specific tools to prevent overwhelm and frustration.

Most people have no idea how drastically small daily actions can change their lives. Balance your hormones, settle your emotions, and clear your mind with the food you eat and the products you use.
Services
I want to meet you where you are right now, and I'm not here to be judgmental of where that is. We're supposed to eat and feed our families organic food, make lots of money, go to all the sporting events and PTA meetings, somehow find time for a yoga and gym routine, and look good in fancy clothes while we do it.
If you purchase through it I earn a small commission, so thank you for supporting this blog!. GAPS stands for both Gut and Psychology Syndrome and Gut and Physiology Syndrome as coined by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride in her book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome. GAPS establishes the seemingly obvious, but often overlooked, connection between the function of your digestive system and the health of your brain and the rest of your body.
An Initial Consultation is designed to help me understand what you, or your child, have been experiencing, and how you want to feel. That allows me to see the bigger picture of what might be influencing your health and to develop a targeted plan that we'll break down into manageable steps.

I'd like to know about your current symptoms and what you've tried so far, medical and dental history, any medications or supplements you take, as well as the role that movement and stress play in your life.In follow-up sessions we'll review what's worked well, what you're struggling with, and the next steps to take.
Do you wish you could introduce veggies to your child's plate without a full on food fight?. Whether it's a skin condition, a food sensitivity, or even autism, you likely know that changing what your kid eats can improve their health conditions from the inside out. Over the past six years as a nutritional therapist and certified GAPS practitioner, I have helped hundreds of clients who are trying to heal their kid's chronic condition through diet.

When I was searching for a GAPS Practitioner, picking the right person to work with was really important to me. I looked at about 20 different websites, and had initial consultations with at least 10 (yes, 10!) different GAPS practitioners. When I came across Jennifer, she easily stood out head and shoulders above the rest. I loved that she was squarely focused on GAPS (where most of the other folks did a little of this and a little of that), and it was clear she knew her stuff.

For me one of the biggest benefits to working with Jennifer was her game-changing initial recommendations. There were

I paid to work with Jennifer Scribner for 4 hours which is $480. She prescribed Diamataceous Earth for my son. He took it for 2 nights and became mentally very confused. I researched the item on-line and found it was DANGEROUS for his condition. She knew of his condition. Her other protocols made his diarrhea worse. She had me spend a lot of money on items none of which helped my son. I wrote her expressing my concerns and experience and she said "I'm glad you did your research" taking NO RESPONSIBILITY for the fact that what she prescribed my son was HARMFUL AND DANGEROUS

I started working with Jennifer last month, mostly just to get a good overview of proper nutrition and to steer me in a healthy direction for cooking. After the first (free!) consult, we named some specific goals and sketched out a plan for the next three months.

I met with Jennifer again 3 weeks later, and together we went over my food journal that I had filled out for the week. Beyond just telling me what I should add to my diet or try to avoid, she really tried to give me background knowledge to *why* such dietary changes are important - such as the different types of oils and fats, or a what
