The founding team has a long standing reputation of excellence in construction, which began six decades ago with George's father and McInnis Brothers Construction, Inc. of Minden, Louisiana. Procter and George launched this new firm in Florida in 2005 to offer their 60 years experience and management to the Gulf Coast market.

McInnis Builders is a general contracting and construction management firm specializing in commercial, institutional, industrial and retail buildings. Our aim is to provide a positive construction experience for our clients by accomplishing their objectives while building with high quality workmanship and integrity.
We target small to medium commercial, retail, industrial and medical projects located in the Florida Panhandle. On behalf of the owner, we organize, implement and manage every step of the building process from project design, pricing and construction to close-out. The positive experience of working with our team is one of our company's greatest strengths.
