I came for a gel pedicure which was way overpriced and the man who did my pedicure did not use the sugar scrub on my feet or legs. He also just started cutting my nails never asked what length or shape of course it was not at all what i wanted but was already too short to correct. My companion got a pedicure along side of me and definitely got the scrub/massage. When I asked for him to do it he said “we dont do that. “ I will never come back here so disappointing not worth the money.

WARNING - we were at their other location - Sandy's Nail Spa. My teenage daughter just came home from getting her nails done and was shaking & almost in tears due to the inappropriateness of the male nail technician working there. She stated she was scared and felt very uncomfortable by the male tech. WARNING TO PARENTS!!

It was lovely and seemed very friendly. It's a nice place! My first time getting a manicure and a pedicure. The massages at the end were so lovely and appreciated! I got beautiful nails too. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful outing. I'd say it relieved some stress. Please be friendly because real people are tending to you! Pleasant experience! Boys and girls are both welcome!

I don't spend alot of money here but I do come every month for waxing. Today I was treated so rudely by the owner that I will not return. They obviously were too busy to be polite. And just an FYI to the. Rude lady who waxed my eyebrows. You are supposed to hand the customer the mirror to see the eyebrows.

Service is polite and efficient, the place is very clean, and the atmosphere is very beautiful. They offer a wide variety of services for reasonable prices and have good hours of availability. You definitely need to request Charlie or Sylvia! Service is friendly, patient and Charlie always gets my nails just right. They give a wonderful hand and foot massage! The handwashing station is an especially nice touch, using freshly laundered cloth towels instead of paper towels is very pleasant. I look forward to visiting again.

I had been to this salon one time before. They did a fine job with my pedicure and gel manicure. However, this man who works there was sort of lurking around the establishment. The next time I came in he did my pedicure. I felt very uncomfortable as he kept looking up at me. He also did the pedicure in about five minutes. The polish was horribly done and most of it wasn’t on my toes; it was as if he had never painted someone’s nails. He then didn’t know how to do a French tip manicure. So I had to wait twenty minutes for another technician to come over and do my nails. The lady who did them

I am so disgusted with the service I received. I went in to get an acrylic overlay and a polish. I showed a picture to the owner of what I would like done. I was there for a little over an hour and realized my time was running short. So I told the owner that I would need to continue the polish the next day. I paid in full for everything to be done which was $45. Now you know they would not let me go without payment, which is why I paid in full prior to work being complete. That $45 was to also include a nail design on two fingers. I showed up the next day to finish the job and once again I was

Love my pedicure, but for my full set mediocre work. But to be fair the owner said I could come back and she'll fix it for me since I didn't have time to wait. The place is nice but I truly felt that I wasn't welcome. The receptionist felt the need to tell me over and over how long the wait is going to be and kept repeating long wait long long wait. And I had to pay before the work was done. And as I was paying the owner kept telling the receptionist of what to charge me for even though I had a ticket with me. I hate to pull the race card but in this case, at lease to me, it seems too obvious!
