They are rude, overpriced if priced and the quality absolutely stinks. When I asked if something could be done I was told yes. Then I was fought on my color options. They attempted to tell me they didn't have maroon or burgundy pilish. After which they refused to do the small amount of nail art that I asked for. They charged me $80 for a simple fill withe's filled with some black and silver Polish. She originally told me 70 and then and then add it an extra 10 so I refuse to tip and I refuse to ever go back there again. They try to charge big city prices with backwoods quality.

Came here to get my nails done, the guy was so unprofessional snatching my arm yanking my hand rolling his eyes. Just unprofessional and not happy. The Quality of the nails do not match the price. Just annoyed at this place. How is there only 2 people in the whole building getting their nails done, and you’re rude and unprofessional doesn’t make sense. And this is not the first time that that’s happened the first time I ever went there they were rude and I just thought OK maybe because they’re busy that was the case so two months later I was like let me try it again nothing has change the

This was the worst experience i’ve had in a long time, not to mention over priced for the quality. I got a full set with gel color and a design. the nails are not even straight, the color does not fill in my whole nail. there are drips from the color from the design that shouldn’t be there and she made my fingers bleed in two different spots, and the cut u set my nail bed bleed pretty good. Also i had my eyebrows waxed. she rushed through everything done i still have the same random hairs as when i went it. Overall horrible experience

This was my first time here and I won’t be returning. I wanted a spa pedicure and the girl that did my toes was done in 15 minutes. That should have been a longer service for being called the spa and not the basic. She was moving so fast and rushed everything. My gel manicure was done quickly too. For both services I was there for only 45 minutes. The overall cleanliness was bad as well. Usually the places open the tools right in front of you from the packaging but she brought them from the back so who knows if they were clean.

I have visited this shop before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, last week was not great.
I came in for a pedicure and pink/white set. The girl worked way too quickly. The pedicure polish was super thick and did not go all the way to the edges. Does not look nice and when I asked her to fix she said it was too late because the top coat was already on. Decided to let that go.
My pink/white set is extremely thick and is not shaped well. They look like cartoon fingers. When I asked her to fix she said she was not allowed to take off and do again because it would take too much time

Rude upon arrival. Did not explain cost properly. Used gel polish instead of regular, because it cost more. Did not do hand massage which is part of their package. They were doing this to other customers. When she asked me to wash my hands at the end, she had her next customer come over and my purse was sitting right there. The quality of our manicures was not good, meaning they did not push cuticles back, sharp edges I could go on. They just rushed. And we had appointments. I don't usually leave reviews but this was just a really bad experience all around.

I loved my experience here. Compared to other salons out here in reading, I feel like this one tops all. I really loved how careful I was taken care of and they were so gentle with me. It was almost like getting VIP treatment and they’re very Covid friendly. It’s definitely worth the price !!
