The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Nicest people ever. So warm. And gentle. Dr Isaacson is an absolute gem. His approach with my 11 year old son being nervous for braces was so pleasant. He eased any and all anxieties. He’s so gentle and has a killer sense of humor. I see now why everyone recommended him. We are so grateful ! The best. The woman who did his palate expander was also an absolute doll. So gentle. So calming. The entire office is the most friendly and warm environment I’ve ever seen in a doctors office.

I came here as child/teenager, and now am back as an adult (I stopped wearing my retainers years ago). Dr Rick and his team are great. My parents always found them to be fair, thorough, and professional, and I could not agree more. After being away for 20 years, returning was a very seamless and anxiety-free process. I was a patient of the Middletown office when I was younger, and now utilize the West Long Branch office. As I no longer live in the area, it is an hour and 20 minutes drive that is well worth the trip. I am looking forward to my new (again) smile

Dr. Isaacson was thorough in explaining what was best for my son’s teeth and both he and his staff were extremely nice! Appointment started on time and office was clean and followed covid safety protocols. I highly recommend them for any of your orthodontic needs and am happy to have my son in their care!!!

We absolutely love everyone at Isaacson Orthodontics. Dr. Rick was very friendly and funny and that absolutely made my 9 year old comfortable in the beginning process of her orthodontic treatment. She was actually very excited about getting the expander and had absolutely no fear. Now that she has it she has had no complaints and is very comfortable with it. Thanks for being so nice and taking great care of my little girl.
