The term full braces indicate that braces are placed on most, if not all, teeth on both the upper and lower jaw. Cases that are complicated and require much more teeth movement or movement for improved jaw alignment and overall bite would indicate the need for an individual to have full braces. It may not always be obvious that correction with braces is needed.
For those who do not like the appearance of metal braces, Dr. Magoulas offers clear braces as an alternative. Clear braces are made of a strong ceramic material and do not stain or discolor. They are similar to metal braces in function, performance and technology. The clear braces are small and slim line for comfort during orthodontic treatment.

All 3 of my children have been patients of Dr. Magoulas and I can truly say that both he and his entire staff are amazing. Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is warm, funny and friendly. My kids enjoy seeing him and so do I. His office staff and assistants are so kind and helpful, always trying to accommodate my children's crazy schedules. I highly recommend Shrewsbury Orthodontics.

I highly recommend Dr. Magoulas for your orthodontic needs. I was pondering for many years to get braces given many orthodontists I visited couldn't assure me that they could effectively align my teeth. Thankfully, I had a consult with Dr.Magoulas who explained to me that he's done many cases similar to mine and could help me. He's passionate at what he does. Had flexible hours, was competitively priced (not cheapest or most expensive) experienced and most importantly reassuring through out the whole process. Thanks for the great smile!

I called this office very last minute a few days ago - from the parking lot of another office that was very unprofessional to say the least. the receptionist here, however, was very pleasant, and said i could come in. in 4 minutes i was there, she had me fill out the paper work, and in 5-10 minutes i was seen. that is OUTSTANDING for me having essentially been a walk-in. the atmosphere was relaxed and refreshing. the orthodontist was super helpful! he examined me properly and explained in-depth what my situation was. i had more things misaligned than i realized, and i appreciated his honesty with

I am not one to submit a review but having a painful and unpleasant childhood experience with an Orthodontis, I had to write this review because we absolutely love Dr. Magoulas and his office. All 3 of my children have been under Dr. Magoulas' care and have had such a positive experience and have beautiful teeth. The children are engaged in the entire process and remind me of when they need to go back for a return visit and/or checkup. Orthodontic treatment doesn't get better than this!
Dr. Magoulas is an approachable, personable, extraordinarily well educated treatment provider who truly takes the time to explain to his patients and families the treatment plan at every level. Dr. Magoulas engaged my children in their treatment process in such a way that the children themselves became invested in the process and comply with the doctors recommendations on their own with little nudging from Mom and Dad!
Dr. Magoulas employs a method of gentle correction that does away with the monthly post adjustment pain we unfortunately
