Dr.Rabadi is very unprofessional he screams at his employees. his staff are never on the same page when it comes to patients and keeping the flow of the place breezy. The employees are very nasty and rude they leave you standing at the counter..for minutes at a time then finally ask you what do you want..I went in there for a metro card..only thing I ever enter that lousy place for...there were 3people behind the counter including one of the owners..and I was the only customer in there.. I stood waiting for 6minutes before another customer had walked in..we waited 2mnutes...I waited a total of 8minutes before they finally decide to service us.. I Politely told them their customer service sucks...and you only find this type of service in n the BRONX smh that
